Transitati da Martina Franca volevamo prendere un panino la volo e andare via. Abbiamo trovato questa Macelleria dopo una rapida ricerca su internet e che dire... ne è valsa davvero la pena!!! Tre panini, 2 panini del Boss ed uno Fumé con bibite per un totale di 15 Euro che le valgono tutte. Carne eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente appena ne avremo la possibilità.

Scoperta per caso, ci ha soddisfatto in pieno. Antipasto abbondante e carne di ottima qualità (bombette, salsiccia, ghimmiriddi, patate al forno). Ci ha fatto provare la porchetta ... DELIZIOSA. Qualità alta e prezzi ridicoli. 12 euro a testa per menù completo

For a Martinese who lives 800 km away, the day of departure has the flavor of melancholy, but when I leave, after discovering this butcher's shop not long ago, their bowler hats are never missing from my suitcase. The quality is excellent, here you can find a good product that is prepared 100% as tradition dictates (if you are looking for bombettes with various fillings as is fashionable, unfortunately, fortunately you are not in the right place now). Very courteous owner, place with little appearance and a lot of substance. Thanks and see you on the next departure.

A special experience.
Martina Franca is full of butchers, but not all of them are willing to welcome you at any time. At the old butcher's shop, Emilio made his wood-fired oven available at 5pm, cooking bombette, sausage, chicken nuggets and potatoes in a special way... in his own way. Everything really excellent. But his kindness and availability were the setting for a special experience. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely be back ♥️
