Super helpful and friendly staff, we ordered a ready-to-go dish just before closing and they had no problems. The bombette were delicious, I've never eaten anything so good, if it hadn't closed we would have ordered more. It's a bit out of the way from the historic center but it's worth the drive.

In this butcher's shop you can make amazing sandwiches with roast meat. Every time we go to Martina Franca we make a fixed stop.

A pranzo con amici, abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi niente male, nel quale spiccava soprattutto il sapore un buonissimo salame. Successivamente siamo passati ad una buona tagliata con grana ed un arrosto misto di bombette, salsiccia e fegatini davvero molto buono. Per finire amari e limoncello. Che dire? Una piacevole scoperta a Martina Franca, dove si mangia molto bene, ad un prezzo ottimo per i tempi che corrono. Esperienza da ripetere.

Well-stocked butcher's shop. Delicious meat cooked on the ready stove. Friendly owner. We took: bombette, livers, sausage with cheese as well as potatoes cooked in the same oven. Good quality/price ratio. To be recommended.
