Enchanted place in the heart of the Castelli Romani, fireplace lit and lots of warmth from those who welcomed us. All delicious, special mention for the bruschetta with berry jam and aubergines. Space onion and potato omelette. We'll be back for sure!

Il locale è davvero molto bello, le foto descrivono molto meglio di mille parole l'atmosfera che ti aspetta. E' bello arrivare e trovare i galli e il tacchino all'entrata, conscì che non saranno loro a finire in padella! Parliamo di cose succulente: antipasti eccellenti ( salumi ) , zuppa di lenticchie, ricottine e le bruschette con marmellata e melanzane. Ottimi i primi ( fettuccine al ragù o funghi ). Ci saremmo pure fermati perchè davvero pieni, ma abbiamo voluto povare anche i secondi, pollo alla cacciatora e spuntature con patate. Tutto molto rustico, ma davvero da leccarsi i baffi.

Fantastic experience. Authentic restaurant, with a very limited choice of dishes as only what is freshly prepared by the cook is served. The quality of what you eat is therefore very high. Absolutely honest prices (35€/person for an extremely abundant dinner, wine included). What is most striking, however, is the extraordinary welcome of the owners. Truly recommended.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, a small oasis of peace where you can spend a peaceful lunch/dinner outside the city. 100% hospitality from when you enter to when you leave, kind and helpful. Excellent quality food with generous portions, excellent prices for the excellent quality. Score 10, we will definitely return.

Sabato, pranzo in famiglia, 4 adulti e 4 bambini, di cui una piccola. Locanda nascosta tra il Tuscolo e i Pratoni del Vivaro, con un bel parcheggio ed un po' di animali a zonzo. Locale tutto in legno , con appese mille cose di tanti o pochi anni fa... Menù assente, il presente personale ti introduce sulle modalità di accoglienza, molto gradita, da parte della famiglia Skansen. " Si Mangia quello che abbiamo preparato ". Da lì tra una chiacchiera con i proprietari, molto simpatici e mai troppo insistenti abbiamo mangiato una sfilata di antipasti con degli ottimi salumi e formaggi, un fagioli con le cotiche niente male ma soprattutto una bruschetta marmellata e melanzane veramente buona. Primo fatto di fettuccine belle ignoranti condite o con il ragù o con un po' di funghi. Pollo alla cacciatora e patate...infine dolce ottimo, caffè ed un po' di bicchierini di amari vari, fatti da loro... veramente buoni.
