Antica Locanda la Diligenza In Borgo pace

We stayed at the Hotel Antica Locanda La Diligenza with our dog Janet during New Year's Eve 2025 and we had a wonderful time. The Hotel is beautiful, romantic and welcoming, the owner Alessandro is a very pleasant and hospitable person, attentive to making you feel at ease and always ready to recommend places to visit and where to eat. The Borgo is delightful and from there we easily visited Urbino, Urbania, San Lucio, and San Marino. We will be back! PS: it is a perfect Hotel also for 4-legged friends! 🐕🐾

Hospitality, courtesy and discretion are exceptionally demonstrated by the owners of this historic structure, where the retro style is enhanced and made masterfully welcoming. Clean and quiet rooms, the restaurant offers refined dishes with excellent quality raw materials, also with tasting menu solutions. Absolutely recommended!

Never was the name Omen more apt. You enter a time machine that takes you into a dimension in which the passing of time slows down to times gone by in a warm-colored setting which is accessed from a delightful little square. As if an excellent dinner wasn't enough, where the delicacy of the very thin tagliatelle stands out, the quality of the excellent cut and a cream with a secret recipe that incorporates an air of times gone by

We were guests of this historic inn last weekend, discovered by chance while looking for two days out of town. We were pleasantly impressed by the care, attention and professionalism with which the owners Ariella and her son Alessandro welcomed and pampered us. A very welcoming and well-kept environment, very clean, where nothing seems to be left to chance, indeed everything has a history and by staying here you almost become part of it. Ariella transmits all her experience and her love for Diligence in her dishes: of character, old school, of the good and true one, of life. Also Alessandro, always attentive and helpful, makes the stay truly special. The adjoining park is beautiful with hydromassage, relaxation area and sulphurous shower (a very fascinating story to be told). We will definitely be back, highly recommended!
