Antica Locanda Fuin In Zelbio

26/07/2024: With so many restaurants in Florence, it's hard to make a decision on where to eat. The food is pretty much going to be good wherever you go, that is why you need to think about the other factors. I didn't realize that until tonight when we dined at “La Tenda Rossa”. I felt like a part of the family as Ray and Simone introduced us to Italian customs, liquor and the proper way to roll a cigarette. We went for a quick dinner and three hours later left with new friends. They have the best lasagna I've had since middle school and after the owner explained how he makes his tiramisu, I knew it would be amazing, I was right. Our evening at this restaurant is one of my favorite moments in Florence. 

09/06/2024: Consigliatissimo per pranzo, cena o pizza. Da quando entri noti la differenza rispetto agli altri locali dalla cordialità dei proprietari e del personale. Pulizia impeccabile. Porzioni generose ma sopratutto eccellenti per qualità e cura nella presentazione. Idem la pizza che, puntualmente, strasborda dal piatto. Grazie per essere arrivati in Valle.
