Very friendly staff! Great rooms! The fact that it is not centrally located ensures peace and quiet, unless there is a storm! I cycled from Würzburg to Rome and found it to be the best accommodation of the trip.

Ci sarebbe un bel pò da scrivere ma cercherò di essere sintetico. 2 attività a conduzione della medesima famiglia che però viaggiano su due binari completamente diversi. Bene la ristorazione. Il servizio dei ragazzi in sala è veloce e cordiale, anche premuroso nei confronti dei nostri bambini, nonostante i tavoli quasi tutti occupati. Anche le pietanze a cena sono servite con cura e la qualità è ottima. Per ciò che è riguardato noi, l'unica sbavatura è stata far uscire i piatti ordinati non tutti assieme. Conto leggermente salato. Le note dolenti vengono tutte per il servizio di B&B. Di per sè il luogo è carino, immerso nella campagna tra gli ulivi. Anche le stanze sono graziose nonostante sembrino parecchio vissute con un pò di muffa e segni sui muri. Prenotazione effettuata su Booking non rimborsabile. Da possessori di cane dal 2018, abbiamo cura in ogni occasione, di assicurarci che ogni struttura a cui ci rivolgiamo accetti di ospitare anche il nostro cane. Dalla descrizione e dai servizi offerti che compaiono appunto su Booking, la struttura in questione previo supplemento, ammette animali. Il proprietario al check-in intorno alle 13 e 30 non fa caso al nostro cane anche perchè era in auto, ma qualche ora dopo incontrandomi nel parcheggio delle auto appena mi vede insieme al mio cane si paralizza. Mi dice subito che non avevo comunicato la presenza dell'animale, anche se è cosa che appunto faccio da quando lo posseggo e mi par strano ciò che mi dice. Ad ogni modo stronco sul nascere qualsiasi tipo di battibecco e cerco di rassicurare il proprietario circa la natura docile e la pacatezza del mio cane. È un cane corso di 70kg e, il signore mi racconta che in passato ha avuto spiacevoli sorprese con altri animali di grossa taglia nelle sue stanze. Mi metto quindi subito anche nei suoi panni di proprietario e cerco di rassicurarlo qualora al momento del check-out dovesse notare qualcosa di strano nella stanza rendendomi disponibile a qualsiasi inconveniente. Le stanze: siamo a dicembre e da queste parti fa abbastanza freddo. L'unica presenza di termosifoni è nel bagno. Nell'unica stanza, ossia dove ci sono i letti, non c'è nemmeno un termosifone. Vi è un termoconvettore che però non riusciamo a far funzionare. Cerchiamo quindi di contattare il proprietario ma senza successo. Ci accorgiamo in serata di non essere gli unici sfortunati in quanto nella stanza attaccata alla nostra, riusciamo a sentire distintamente il suono dei tasti del display premuti insistentemente dal nostro vicino di camera per circa 20 minuti. Anche lui probabilmente non riusciva a far funzionare il termoconvettore. Mia moglie fa un ultimo tentativo intorno alle 22:30 cercando di contattare il proprietario e chiedendo se fosse possibile avere quantomeno una stufetta, ma non riceve risposta. La mattina, nella sala colazioni dov'è presente anche la reception e il proprietario, dopo aver appunto consumato il pasto e constatato che non vi sono opzioni per intolleranti al lattosio, facciamo presente appunto a quest'ultimo il disagio che abbiamo riscontrato e ci risponde che sarebbe venuto subito a controllare, ma quella mattina magicamente l'elettrodomestico aveva deciso di funzionare. Non sono un albergatore e non mi sento di giudicare chi appunto lo fa da anni, ma il servizio che a noi è stato riservato a cominciare dall'accoglienza un pò fredda per passare poi all'indifferenza alle nostre richieste mi ha lasciato un pò l'amaro in bocca

My wife makes one last attempt around 10.30pm trying to contact the owner and asking if it was possible to at least have a heater, but she receives no response. In the morning, in the breakfast room where the reception and the owner are also present, after having consumed the meal and noted that there are no options for lactose intolerants, we point out to the latter the inconvenience we have encountered and he responds to us who would have come straight away to check, but that morning the appliance had magically decided to work.
