Superlative place for a unique culinary experience! Beautiful and warm environment, fantastic staff and dishes to enjoy for a journey through flavours. I liked some combinations I had never tried: e.g. Licorice tongue! Everything was really well looked after. Thank you for the evening you gave us! Fair price, indeed!

Pranzo in loco in occasione della visita del Castello di Rivalta. Servizio accurato, con spiegazione dei piatti e giustamente cerimonioso come si conviene a un locale di alto livello. Belle le sale, con sapore antico. Prezzi adeguati al livello del locale. Cibi buoni, curati, genuini, tipici; ottimi, ma non ci hanno entusiasmato.

Obviously Tuscan cuisine with some reinterpretations. It deserves it.

In a medieval village there is this gem of a finely renovated restaurant while maintaining the flavor of the past, I define the service as sublime, the girl who took care of our table seemed to be telling a poem in explaining the dishes, excellent food at a reasonable price for the experience, lived... truly recommended

Cured meats and appetizers of an absolutely very high level, with an excellently seasoned salami that is very rare to find in any other restaurant or trattoria. Shoulder cooked off the menu very good. The gardener and the high quality Cremonese mustard are very pleasant. Refined and light anolini although tasty and with quality filling, in my opinion the thickness of the dough can be lightened. Excellent braised polenta with incredibly tender and soft meat. Ultra refined desserts. Excellent service although in my opinion it could be further improved given the level of the location: for example. cleaning of the table before dessert, collection of coats and jackets upon arrival and storage in the cloakroom. In any case, a certainty on the podium of the best venues in the province.
