We ate well... Simple and tasty cuisine, generous in portions and of good quality, typical Neapolitan. Small and characteristic restaurant in the heart of Naples (a stone's throw from Via Dei Mille). The guys in the room are helpful and genuine. The price is fair even if as an Italian I don't understand the obligatory 10% American tip (you also pay the cover charge). Don't get me wrong, it's a small thing, but it's nice to recognize it in person if you felt you were treated with care and attention, which among other things was done by the two guys in the room.

We had dinner at Antica Latteria on the recommendation of our hotel owner. It’s a charming place serving local specialties. The vegetarian zucchini ball appetizers were delicious. Most of the group had the cod with was nicely prepared but a bit bland and I had the cuttlefish which was cooked well but had a balsamic vinegar sauce and was served with grilled eggplant which really didn’t blend well together. But I would try the place again! Very well priced as well.

A place without infamy and without praise, normal food does not stand out for its peculiarities. Very friendly staff and very nice and quiet place.

Locale molto piccolo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Servizio veloce. Piatti nel complesso buoni. Abbiamo preso delle frittelle di fiori di zucca (buone ma non buonissime) un'ottima frittura di pesce e del pesce grigliato (la seppia forse era all'altezza) buono. Prezzi nella media. Nel complesso lo consiglierei!

16/08/2024: Good puff pastries, the price rises slowly. Excellent for travellers, tourists, even Neapolitans sometimes use it.
14/08/2024: The Sfogliatella is unique and this is true but you can't put 12 hot pieces on top of each other in a small tray unfortunately when we opened them we made a bad impression.
