Excellent dinner. We had a wonderful evening, starting with a delightful welcome appetizer. For our appetizer, we ordered the pumpkin and ginger cream soup with grilled shrimp and sour cream: simply perfect, a memorable dish, and a must-try. The first course (off the menu) was also excellent: spinach and bread gnocchi with cod cooked in milk. We also tried the slow-cooked cod, which was delicious, although the cream soup and gnocchi were significantly superior. Special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and friendly. The only small flaw was the finish: we would have liked to try the strudel, but it was sold out, and the lemon tart we chose as an alternative was a bit too sweet. Despite this, I highly recommend the place!

The raw fish appetizer is a culinary experience, the catch of the day is also exceptional, and the desserts are delicious! Among the best seafood restaurants in Trieste. I recommend booking in advance, as it's usually packed.

While strolling through Cavana in the evening, stop by this gem in the historic center. If you're driving, park on the banks or near the amphitheater. The staff will greet you warmly upon entry and will discreetly assist you throughout your dinner. I recommend the raw fish and the catch of the day, both excellent. Book to ensure your experience.

A very positive experience. Unusual seafood dishes interpreted with a touch of subtle creativity. The appetizer, with creamed pumpkin, ginger, and shrimp, was excellent, and the seafood risotto was superb, with a balanced mix of flavors and perfectly cooked.
