During my week in Italy, I've been consuming 2 gelato a day all from different places. I can only speak for two tastes that I tried here: banana and dark chocolate. Those were the best I have tried during my trip, tastes were authentic, like eating real banana and chocolate, except it is gelato! There was only one other place in another city that gave me comparable flavor satisfaction during my trip, so I can definitely recommend this gelateria!
I also want to add that portion was very generous, unlike in many other spots I've been.

We had Gelato at another store and were disappointed so we tried here. It was much better. No line, no waiting.
We visited here twice it was so good. This was also the only place we saw with banana flavor. About the best we had in Florence.

It's just the best. Koreans always go here. I've been disappointed a lot in other places, but I found light here.
I ordered pistachio, hazelnut and coffee. I order the same flavors at every ice cream shop. This one is very unique and unconventional! Pistachios are salty and hazelnuts are slightly salty, which can bring out the aroma of nuts. The coffee is bitter and feels more mellow. They are very unique.

The ice cream is good, but I saw the preparation: nothing authentic, it's powder. Very good marketing, but industrial. I don't like being fooled by the artisanal nature.

Delicioso helado y personal muy amable. Muchas gracias a Francesco. Fuimos allí una y otra vez durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad de Firenze ya que era de gran calidad y muy cerca de nuestro hotel. Se encuentra aproximadamente entre el mercado, el duomo y la estación central de tren.
