First stop on my journeys in Rome, and I am so pleased to have found this place. It's somewhat off the beaten path, but not by much 😉 I had the cinnamon Gelato. Heavenly 😍

I had high expectations and was a little disappointed. The gelato was good, they have a gluten-free cone, but overall it was overpriced for the amount of gelato they serve, which was really paltry.

The gelato isn't bad, but a smile from the person serving it would make the experience much more enjoyable. The price, compared to the average gelato in Rome, is quite high, and the quantity served doesn't justify the expense. There are other, better gelato shops, where you're welcomed kindly and the gelato is cheaper. Sure, it's close to the Colosseum, but it's not that easy to find either.

Great ice cream shop just outside the hustle and bustle of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The ice cream is truly excellent, and the prices and service are very friendly... 🍦 ♥️ 🙂 Ignore all those pushy places at the beginning and head to these places.

28/02/2026: A traditional trattoria located on the Ceri Rock. A beautiful fireplace is always lit inside, and the meat served is always excellent and perfectly cooked. Even polenta lovers will enjoy the good selection of toppings. In the summer, it's wonderful to have a table on the outdoor terrace with a splendid view.

31/12/2025: Arturo is an excellent chef and always uses 0 km food and offers refined gastronomic menus like star chefs who appear on TV.... His spectacular first courses, which could be written in a book, are tasty, fresh and abundant, but even the second courses deserve a note of fragrance and sublime culinary art that not everyone has innately.... I have been to his restaurant several times for lunch and every once it is an experience that is good for the palate, the soul and the heart... If you pass by via Ostiense you absolutely cannot postpone your visit and stay... it's a must
