It’s an institution and took over the square in front of their entrance. They have therefore large number of seats and remain very efficient with the service.

I came here to eat pan con la meuza (spleen, trachea and lung). I had it married with ricotta and lemon and caciocavallo. Very particular flavor. In any case, the best place to eat this Palermo specialty.

Delicious food, very casual ambiance. We sat outside in the square and enjoyed the outdoors, the atmosphere and the tasty food.

As a Palermitan I had never been to Focacceria San Francesco, but I have to say that it was beyond my expectations! Top quality products! Service 10, friendliness, hospitality, something expected with the welcome of the staff who in the meantime of preparing the table, pamper you with cold water and anise, and then finish with the dessert! To TRY!! Absolutely!💯

If you're coming from Argentina, you should know that the focaccia served in Palermo is completely different. Since this is my first time trying it, I can't compare it to any other. A special mention for Antonio's excellent service.

Very high prices. The staff is very kind and the place is air conditioned. But here, you don't pay for quality or abundance. I went there because it's the place par excellence to eat arancini, but I don't think I'll go back.

Hearty and delicious food. It's one of Palermo's oldest restaurants, steeped in history and still retaining its charm. It has a large terrace; we arrived at noon and had no trouble getting a table. The atmosphere is calm but not boring.

Probably the most delicious place to eat in Palermo. A traditional, classic place with very affordable prices, and close to the center. The local people are lovely. Panino, focaccia, pane, everything is incredible. You definitely have to go there for lunch.

12/05/2025: … Der Service lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Mein Getränk wurde mir quasi vor die Nase geknallt. Nach einem Glas musste ich fragen. Das hatte sie dann noch deutlich Spülwasserreste innen. Das ist leider ziemlich schlechter Service. Ich werde es noch einmal versuchen, denn die Aussicht ist wirklich toll.
11/05/2025: Vinimos aquí tantas veces durante nuestra estancia en Cefalu! Ideal para alergias y sin gluten. El mejor aperol que tuvimos. Me encantó el servicio. Vinimos para cada almuerzo, cena y para una copa.

28/05/2025: The place where I always feel at home, where even during the week I can spend a nice evening without any problem and finding a nice atmosphere and drinking excellent cocktails. Friendly staff especially a guy named Stefano, always available and above all of an absolute kindness and sympathy.
