I wanted to thank Ingrao and his wife, who with their focacceria Ingrao delighted us throughout our stay in Sciacca with their high quality Sicilian specialties made with love (arancini, panelle, sandwich with spleen, sandwich with cutlet, hamburger, sausage, and their fantastic croquettes. I can't wait to return. Kind regards, see you soon!

Antica sandwich shop with quality, managed by the Ingrao family in an impeccable manner. Quality and kindness are the strong points, a little small environment, no problem with parking.

A wonderful place, discovered almost by chance and, hands down, one of the best places to eat arancine, panelle and cassatelle. Super super recommended.

Traditional arancini (Sciacca, Sicily), lovely hosts and local atmosphere to capture the taste and experience of a true authentic Italian delicacy; fantastic hostess serving up pistachio, cheese, and carbonara. She made it nice offering panelle and arancini on lovely serving dishes street-side. Thank you! 🌷 This is intimate shop with many choosing carry-out.

Ottimo posto in cui è possibile mangiare degli arancini spettacolari, così come le panelle e le polpette alle parate. Prezzi molto bassi

28/08/2024: waiters perhaps a little inexperienced. I think it deserves the 5 stars because I ate well even though I paid a lot but I think it was worth it. I tried many good typical dishes

03/10/2024: Tasteless, nervous veal, no sauce and sweet potato (menu) replaced by potato
02/10/2024: We had a great time at Zamu. The food was great, also the service and the atmosphere were amazing. I tried a lot of the seafood, and everything was delicious. The wine recommendation from the server was great. Maybe the desserts can be improved, but other than that everything was fine.
