Today, January 4th, we had lunch at All’Antica Filanda, in the Giardini della Sila, and it was a wonderful experience. Platters of high-quality local cured meats and cheeses, authentic and well-presented ingredients. The first courses were fantastic, with authentic flavors that reflect the local area. A special thanks to Nicola, the owner: a truly friendly, welcoming person who makes you feel at home right away. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
