Anima In Rosà

The place is very large and beautiful, with great potential... I've been there twice. The first time (approximately a couple of months ago), I was honestly disappointed, especially by the oppressive heat inside. It was truly unbearable (and I drank an amber beer that was absolutely awful, tasted like dyes). I chatted with the owner, who wrote to me privately, expressing disappointment with the review and regret that a customer had had a bad experience. Once the disappointment was over, she was open to discussion, and I was very pleased. The heat was due to the fact that the only outlet to the outside was the entrance... I went back yesterday. Much improved! They opened a vent at the back of the place, and it was comfortable, very livable, normal... I tried two of their other beers, the Weizen and the IPA... a decent IPA, nothing special, but still decent... The Weizen, on the other hand, is good!!! The only drawback is that they don't have a Weizen glass; they only have pints or mugs... While they're good for almost any type of beer, Weizen beers in particular really need their own glass (which isn't called a mug, teku, or anything else, but a "weizen glass" because it's created specifically for Weizen beers). But the beer itself is good; it would taste much better in the right glass. Another small negative note... The place is very large, only one bathroom (at least for men). Of course, you can adapt, it's not a tragedy, but... So, let's just say I wouldn't recommend it regardless, but if they have interesting evenings, you can happily go... A friend who lives nearby told me, if I understood correctly, that there's nothing else around there (except Vinile), so a place like this is very welcome, even if it has a few flaws... As I said at the beginning, it has excellent potential... For craft beer lovers like me, I hope they take a bit of a dip. Weizen glass, although I certainly realize that running a business in Italy is very difficult, and taking, say, 30 glasses, is an extra expense... With a few adjustments (such as having opened the vent at the back) it could become an excellent place, it has a lot of potential

Disappointing, we went on a Saturday night with a dinner reservation to see a cover band perform. We chose to dine there to get a seat near the stage to enjoy the performance, and we thought we were privileged since we'd booked and paid to secure a seat. Unfortunately, it was to no avail...during the performance, people crowded in front of the stage, obscuring the entire view of the stage. That may be true, but the worst part was that there was a constant coming and going of curious people who didn't even order a drink, sat nearby, disrupting and blocking the view. But I say, why should I book two hours in advance and dine there (which is expensive and of poor quality) to enjoy an evening if I can get in for free and sit wherever I want without consuming anything and have the same result? I recommend you organize better and protect those who spend money to come to your place. Otherwise, build a stage outside the place that's open to everyone, as it's the same thing anyway.

Great venue, great atmosphere, great food, and great live music. We'll definitely be back.

We went to this brewery in Rosà on Saturday night, as one of our favorite bands, The Soul Finger, was playing. A unique venue, excellent food, and super helpful, friendly, and efficient staff. Prices are a bit steep, but the live music is priceless. Recommended.

I booked because there was an interesting band playing that night, and I also stopped for a bite to eat. Assuming I was in the mood, I'd estimate the cost was €2.50 per person for the music (I didn't find this price on the menu, and we weren't even informed when booking or by the waitress when ordering). The food was good, both in terms of ingredients and cooking. The draft beers were good, with average prices. The chips in a basket cost €6... I won't comment further! It's definitely not worth it.

I've often been there to see live music (very well organized and great sound), but this time I also tried the food. Excellent food, beautiful modern, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for both bikers and all rockers/metalheads who enjoy drinking great beer while listening to good music in good company.

The place is nice, and it was a good after-dinner spot. There was the Feuerkorps Rammstein tribute band. It's a bit small, but it makes the music more engaging, and you get a closer connection with the band. It was a very fun evening.
