21/06/2025: Three of us recently dined at this lovely family-run trattoria and were extremely pleased with our experience. Despite the location that might suggest a touristy place, we found an authentic and very local environment, which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the products and raw materials is truly excellent, and the prices are affordable, making this place a true gem in the Itria Valley. The portions are generous and allowed us to taste several local specialties, all prepared with care and passion. Another highlight was the owner, a super nice and kind person, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm welcome and his availability. You can really feel the love for the cuisine and tradition in every dish. Ultimately, I would highly recommend this trattoria to anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic local culinary experience, without spending a fortune. We can't wait to return for another delicious dinner!
