Angie’s Restaurant In Roma

Fantastic place to stop off for small bites near the spanish steps. The staff is kind and patient, the atmosphere allows for good conversation at table, and i could live off of the salmon tartar if they'd let me.

I've had a lot of pasta in Italy and I'm not joking when I say this is the best I've had. We tried the cacio e pepe, carbonara, and beef ragu and they were all superb and authentic. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the guancale in the carbonara was perfectly crispy. And Giuseppe gave us amazing service. You won't regret it if you're a pasta lover.

Vitalin is the best waiter at the bar; I highly recommend this bar.

This is the second time we’ve dined at Angie’s. Delicious food, amazing staff and incredible experience. Highly recommend! Can’t wait till we’re back next year!
