A beautiful place with a great beer garden and a truly quaint, rustic restaurant. The food was delicious, homemade, and typically hearty South Tyrolean. We had the cheese dumplings and the meat platter. The hosts were very friendly. Thank you for the friendly and excellent service and for allowing us to spend the night with our bus in the parking lot. We'd love to come back.

Pizzeria Bachler

03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.
03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza. I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.

05/10/2025: Mega!!!! Very, very unique. The menu is very varied and has a good selection! BUT THE FOOD is amazing... authentic... we had typical dishes and were not disappointed... the food was outstanding and the quality was outstanding... everything was sooooo tender and simply an explosion in the mouth... thank you, we will definitely be back and will happily recommend it to others.
01/10/2025: A delicious, cozy, and atmospheric place. The pork knuckle is beyond praise! Highly recommended!
