The best Neapolitan pizza in Rome.

The food (typically Neapolitan) here is always a guarantee. I dream of going there one evening JUST to eat their fried food. Friendly service. The only flaw: on the weekend they do double duty, with pre-established time slots. From the moment you sit down, the pressure to hurry up and order begins.

Pleasant environment, very helpful staff, tasty and well prepared dishes

We have been to this place twice and returned for the pizza which is good but with room for improvement. Fried food needs improvement, cold inside and croquette breading too thick. The second time the service was poor, excessive pressure from the waiters who took the dish away from under our noses, twice, while we were at the last bite. All this despite the reservation of the table which, as indicated on the site, is reserved for two hours. Noisy place. There is a lot to improve

“Don Angelo” was the best pizza I have ever eaten. Obviously also good service and a nice place, but the pizza really left me speechless!

On vacation in Rome, our apartment was 500m from this restaurant. We went there by chance and ate the best pizzas of our lives! The setting is very nice, the staff attentive, the prices very reasonable, in short, a real treat.

Ottima pizzeria in zona Capannelle, piaciuto molto la pizza ai quattro formaggi. Servizio abbastanza celere, prezzo nella norma.

ceniamo in questa pizzeria consigliata da un amico. a conti fatti il suggerimento si è rivelato felice. locale gradevole, non troppo confusionario (si riesce a parlare tra commensali). servizio molto cordiale e piuttosto veloce (ma non avevamo fretta). rapporto qualità prezzo buono; abbiamo apprezzato tutti i piatti scelti. coperto 2€ lo trovo poco elegante; il costo delle pietanze non giustifica affatto questo extra. antipasti tutti molto buoni; fritti croccanti non oleosi. abbiamo preso frittata di pasta, montanara, tortino di melenzane, mozzarella in carrozza, vomerese. come pizza ho preso MARINARA GIALLA: pomodoro giallo, aglio, origano, alici del Cantabrico, polvere di olive. molto buona; impasto leggero, condimento adeguato. come dolce ho preso PROFITTEROL ZUPPA INGLESE E CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE. molto buono, peccato per la dimensione troppo ridotta. ci tornerò con la famiglia.
