Had a lovely dinner, food was excellent, great recommendations from the team, and beautiful atmosphere. Our group enjoyed starters to share, an assortment of cheese and cured meats, pasta for the table, finished with dessert and a digestive. This establishment has made it to my bookmarks and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great, local experience in Rome.

Decided to have a little celebration — I got bonus money from a website (shown in the photo) and went out for dinner. The steak turned out amazing: tender, flavorful, cooked just right. It was a really nice evening, and that bonus was just the reason I needed to step out of my routine.

We dined at Angelina on a Saturday evening, without a reservation, which isn't a given... the food was excellent, with a good selection of appetizers and first courses, as well as a noteworthy tiramisu. One downside: the prices were a little above average in my opinion, but the location and the professionalism of the staff are worth it.

The flavors are intense and bold, perhaps a little overpowering at times from the pecorino cheese, which tends to overpower the other ingredients in some dishes, but everything is still delicious. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. In short, an authentic and refined restaurant, perfect for those who want to enjoy a truly Roman meal in a welcoming and characterful setting. Definitely worth a try.

Historic restaurant in the heart of the Testaccio neighborhood. We were looking for a place for a traditional lunch, and on the recommendation of a friend, we couldn't have made a better choice. Excellent traditional dishes and generous portions at a more than fair price. (Casa Angelina's appetizer alone is worth lunch 👏🏻👏🏻)
