Here you will find one of the best pizzas you can eat in Rome. This little historic pizzeria, very underrated, is a place to eat great pizza. The environment is familiar and friendly!

Old school pizzeria-restaurant, even in the atmosphere. You will feel like you have gone back in time at least 30 years. Very good and digestible pizza, thin, and really super homemade fried foods! Kind staff, easy going but also discreet, they let us chat in peace without being hyper present. The wine recommended by the host was excellent! The place is small, I recommend you book.

Sono stata ieri sera a cena in questa pizzeria e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Supplì eccezionali , olive ascolane buone. La pizza eccezionale , prezzi onesti , un buon rapporto qualità prezzo .

13/03/2025: It's the fourth time I've been back in two weeks, the place of my heart! Value for money 10, delicious food, very kind staff, it's like staying at home, the photo is of the 10 chopping board because the 18 chopping board is illegal. If you need to eat and drink well, this is the only place you should come. Obligatory.

Conciabocca

31/03/2025: The union between tradition and modernity hinted at by Conciabocca's philosophy, although it is evident from the choices of dishes, is not glimpsed at all in the tasting menu. We appreciated the carbonara, perhaps among the best we've tasted so far, and the tiramisu but on the rest the words of that old adage "I would like but (yet) can't" resonate. Going by order, the skullcap supplì was tasteless. The mixed salad with porchetta was very good, but the latter was dry towards the center and with the annoying "food thread" which we were warned about during the presentation. Couldn't it really have been done differently? The cheek was well cooked, very sweet but with an underlying carrot flavor that covered every other element on the plate, even the excellent broccoli. We didn't understand the choice of raspberry coulis in the dessert, really very acidic and able to completely cancel out the Bavarois and shortcrust pastry. Applause certainly goes to the service who, seeing that the dessert was not appreciated, immediately brought us a revisited tiramisu instead of the Bavarian cream. The strengths described and the good sweet white wine that was brought to us made for a pleasant tasting that, in reality, we would not try again. Maybe it will be better next time.
