L'Osteria della Trippa

16/11/2025: The staff were very friendly; we arrived a little late and without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Special mention for the tiramisu, which was excellent—the best we've ever had!
14/11/2025: A very warm welcome, delicious food, and an authentic menu that's a welcome change from the classic Roman dishes found in every other establishment. You have to like offal, but it's a delight.
