This was a place our son frequented often as a student at Rome City Institute and we were able to join him for dinner there tonight- the pasta was so fresh and the pizza was crisp and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and the prices were great- I am so glad he found a place he loves here and I hope we can join him again- great spot!

The workers are very friendly. We went late, there was no table for 6 and they made space for us on the terrace so the 6 of us could be at a table together. Very good food. 100% recommended.

Really warm little place. Friendly, helpful staff and really good food. We ordered a cesar salad, a pizza (thin Roman but really tasty, the raw material was excellent), water, coke and a coffee... plus they offered us the tart of the day made by them. Total cost €30 for two; I would say absolutely recommended.

I am renting an apartment nearby and have been two days in a row. The staff is very friendly and sweet -- they helped teach me some italian. The food is wonderful as well as the charming local atmosphere. The Fiore di Zucca e Alici was delicious as well as the pizza buffala. I enjoyed the carbonara pasta too. They also give a cherry pie for desert on the house! Cinque estelle! Mi piace molto! I'll probably go back again to try the lasagna, as the other reviewers have raved about it!

05/08/2024: What an absolutely amazing place. I stumbled across this restaurant while wandering around the town with my partner, and just by looking in the front door we knew we had to book! We ended up going with the full family, and even though the owner Romeo spoke no English, he was so attentive and patient. The menu was described in detail, and Romeo made it easy for us to know what we were getting. The antipasti was PERFECT, and really showcased the best of what Napoli and the rest of rural Italy has to offer. Primi included the best pasta I've ever had, and the dolci menu was simply "tiramisu", but did NOT disappoint. The most creamy and light tiramisu I've ever had. For a party of 5 (plus a child) we paid just over 200 euros, and had the most amazing experience. One of the locals who spoke English even gave us a tour of the lower caves, what an amazing way to show off your premises! You MUST go here if you're staying around Palombara or Tivoli. I'd recommend taking cash, as the card machine can sometimes have issues, but it's a very minor point.
03/08/2024: Super welcome, excellent food... we felt pampered by Davide's professionalism. Wonderful location, especially the grotto area. Highly recommended.

07/12/2024: Impeccable service. Roman cuisine revisited, one of the best restaurants in Rome. Very interesting wine list.
27/11/2024: Had dinner at around 8:30 on a tuesday night. Ordered the Calamari and had a glass of Merlot along with fresh bread and classic Tiramisu. Menu is in Italian only but the hostess and I were able to communicate in English.
