Perhaps the best sushi in the area, very fresh fish and a good variety of choices.
During peak hours the service still maintains an excellent standard but it can be improved.
Overall excellent, a regular stop for good sushi!

I really liked the method of 7 dishes per person every 10 minutes which allows you not to be burdened with dishes on the table and to eat calmly... smaller portions than other places

I went for dinner on Monday, the menu is very vast and I found things I had never tried in other sushi places.
The quality of the food is very high and in fact, despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was almost full.
The waiters and staff were quick and helpful, I also found the place very nice.
Even the desserts we tried were good just a little bit cold, maybe leaving them out at room temperature for a few more minutes would be better.

Perfect service. Nice and clean place. Excellent cuisine with some recipes never seen elsewhere, such as the rolls with asparagus and courgette flowers (and the chef's delicious sauce) or the hamburger with salmon tartare. Sashimi cut nice and tall.
The presentation of the dishes is also worth it!
Delicious tiramisu and beautifully presented.
Maybe a little expensive...

I don't feel like giving more than three stars! I tried this restaurant for lunch, and I didn't find all this magnificence. Limit on all raw food, I ate very little of it, measly portions (except for the roast duck, which was very good among other things and very filling). Basically the photo shows all the raw food I ate, I couldn't take more. So in my opinion the high prices don't match the place and the quality. Sorry, I was very curious! I chose to go for lunch because dinner at 27.90 euros (to which add cover charge, water and co) seems like an exaggeration to me, considering that other sushi places I frequent are cheaper and really good and with more choice and fewer limitations to lunch.
