First time at the new location! My wife and I had the barbell noodles, the noodles with Chinese ragu (new addition, out of this world), the evergreen Kung Pao shrimp (amazing), a mix of ravioli and the beef with fresh garlic sprouts (another dish from the new menu, also excellent). I also tried the ginger liqueur, very good when fresh. As always, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and smiling! A place to definitely return to!

A great experience. I tried the mixed appetizer (a little too fried, the oil was coming out everywhere) and the mix of colored ravioli with different fillings. Mm delicious

The best Sichuan food in Bologna. A typical and authentic Kong Pao chicken should be like this. The only problem is the light of the restaurant. There aren't many windows and bright light, so the color, stylish decoration of the dish cannot be observed without paying attention to it. It may decrease the appreciation of the food.

SO MUCH LOVE FOR THIS PLACE.
Already from the choice of the name they deserve an Oscar.
They recently changed location, given that the other location was a bit small, improving the environment and taking care of it even more.
The cuisine is varied and there are not just the usual dishes but the chef has been able to play with Asian and Western combinations.
I recommend the tigella, the bao and the ravioli mix so you can taste them all (6 types)
There's plenty of spiciness for chilli lovers.

Exceptional experience in this typical Chinese restaurant. The room was very nice, the service was friendly and kind right from the moment we welcomed you. The food was very good, especially the tigella and the noodles, the best I've ever eaten. Price more than fair for the quality and quantity of the products. The only drawback is that you need to book well in advance.

Grande cura nella proposta, una cucina fusion con innovazioni e contaminazioni super simpatiche (le tigelle con i ripieni cinesi tanta roba), ottima la carne, maiale manzo e anatra top. Un’unica raccomandazione, quando vedete sul menù un osso con un peperoncino vuol dire che è piccante, quando ne vedete due o tre é roba da calabresi estremi

Nuova sede del già noto Amole.
Si sono ingranditi creando uno spazio perfetto per i loro piatti fantastici ma anche per altri eventi!
La cucina non si smentisce: i piatti sono deliziosi, piccanti e saporiti, seguendo lo stile della regione del Sichuan.
Ambiente caldo e accogliente, con un buon numero di tavoli, senza il rischio di accalcarsi.
Buona scelta di piatti veg, con la possibilità di "veganizzare" al momento alcuni piatti!
