Amole - Cucina Cinese In Bologna

Love it!! The atmosphere and the food!!

This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant, I'd call it Bologna's No. 1. The cuisine leans towards fusion; the "Ghost Chicken" and "Sad Beef" are inspired by Yunnan cuisine, while the stir-fried beef with scallions seems to be inspired by braised dishes. The Kung Pao Chicken is prepared in a very Beijing style, with a sweet lychee flavor. It's probably the best Kung Pao Chicken I've had in Bologna.

Spiciness and Saltiness: Things to Consider — If you're not a fan of spicy foods, some dishes can be overwhelming. Some diners have reported dishes that are "a little too salty" or very spicy.

Highly recommended, with a very elegant oriental atmosphere. The Asian-fusion food features traditional Chinese dishes with a wonderful twist; the sweet and sour pork and duck are exceptional. Reservations are recommended; it's crowded with radical chic.

I've been there twice now, and the food is absolutely amazing. One of the few restaurants in Bologna that does spicy food properly. 2 notes: I had the Q-heated pork (🌶️🌶️🌶️) and the garlic beef chopsticks (🌶️). Honestly, I think the latter were spicier, while the former were less so. Just to give you a heads up. Phenomenal anyway! Negative note: despite making it clear that some of us would be ordering two second courses, one of which had to be brought as a first course, they absolutely didn't respect the order. The dishes arrived completely haphazardly. For more than half the dinner, I watched the other three people with me eat, and in the end, they had to wait for me because my dishes arrived after they had all already eaten their first and second courses. This is absurd and has never happened to me anywhere else. In the end, while waiting for my dishes, I had already started digesting the appetizers and my hunger had gone, in fact I asked for takeaway for the last dish.

I recommend booking through the website; it's often full. I returned to the new location after trying it years ago. The quality has remained the same (very high), and the menu has expanded. The new space is also much larger and more comfortable. I wasn't thrilled with the ravioli, but I recommend the bao and pork belly.

Top restaurant. Forget the bland Chinese food of all the other restaurants. Authentic Sichuan cuisine in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Be careful of the spicy food!

Amole è stata una scoperta davvero piacevole: un ristorante cinese diverso da quelli a cui ero abituato. I dumpling colorati sono stati una sorpresa, belli da vedere e deliziosi da gustare, preparati con ingredienti freschi e tanta cura. L’atmosfera del locale è moderna ma accogliente. Anche i drink meritano una menzione speciale. C’è stato un piccolo ritardo nel servizio, ma al momento del conto la ragazza alla cassa si è scusata con grande gentilezza, un gesto che ho apprezzato molto. Un’esperienza che mi ha fatto scoprire un modo nuovo di vivere la cucina cinese – ci tornerò sicuramente!

Cucina cinese come non l'avete mai provata, sapori unici e pietanze particolari che non si trovano negli altri mille ristoranti cinesi commerciali e standardizzati. Iniziativa di un gruppo di giovani italiani e cinesi, intraprendenti, professionali e cortesi. Raccomandato. Ci tornerò.
