If you like the East, it is definitely worth a visit, excellent Chinese cuisine, exceptional selection of ravioli.
The place is saved only for the good food. Really bad service, if there were negative stars I would have given 5 more. We had the 9pm shift, but those before were not made to get up, so they made us wait 45 minutes standing. At 10.45pm (so after less than half an hour of having our dishes), we asked to place another order, the waiter looked at us with two fish-like eyes and told us that the kitchen had just closed... But a tour of the tables before closing the kitchen prematurely? We are on a Friday in Bologna, not on a Tuesday in Munich. As an apology they brought us 3 portions of mochi offered on the house (for 7 people). For the rest excellent food, well done.

Excellent experience.
If you are looking for a place to eat well and try something different, Amole is a top choice! The food is really good and unique, with surprising combinations of flavours. The location is nice and welcoming, the staff super friendly, friendly and very helpful.
In short, a place that is absolutely worth trying!

We went on a weekday when the place was completely full but the staff was kind enough to find us a seat anyway. We ate very well, the drinks were also good!! However, I think the difference really comes from the kindness and helpfulness of the guys who work, always helpful and friendly. They also offered us a digestive at the end of the evening ☺️💗

Nuova sede del già noto Amole.
Si sono ingranditi creando uno spazio perfetto per i loro piatti fantastici ma anche per altri eventi!
La cucina non si smentisce: i piatti sono deliziosi, piccanti e saporiti, seguendo lo stile della regione del Sichuan.
Ambiente caldo e accogliente, con un buon numero di tavoli, senza il rischio di accalcarsi.
Buona scelta di piatti veg, con la possibilità di "veganizzare" al momento alcuni piatti!

Erano anni che volevo provare questo ristorante e finalmente ci sono riuscito. Il locale nuovo è molto accattivante e veramente ben curato. La cucina che loro propongono e’ quella della regione cinese di Sichuan, i ragazzi in sala spiegano bene i piatti e le proposte dello chef. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità, tutto preparato con massima cura e presentato molto bene. I piatti migliori sono stati i ravioli al vapore ed i gamberi. Sapori molto intensi e dalle note piccanti, bisognerà tornare per provare altri piatti. Conto giusto.
