Excellent experience. If you are looking for a place to eat well and try something different, Amole is a top choice! The food is really good and unique, with surprising combinations of flavours. The location is nice and welcoming, the staff super friendly, friendly and very helpful. In short, a place that is absolutely worth trying!

We went on a weekday when the place was completely full but the staff was kind enough to find us a seat anyway. We ate very well, the drinks were also good!! However, I think the difference really comes from the kindness and helpfulness of the guys who work, always helpful and friendly. They also offered us a digestive at the end of the evening ☺️💗

I am amending my previous review due to the change of location: however, the ratings remain a well-deserved 5/5! New headquarters in via Riva di Reno, of the already well-known Amole. They have expanded creating a perfect space for their amazing dishes but also for other events! The cuisine does not disappoint: the dishes are delicious, spicy and tasty, following the style of the Sichuan region. Warm and welcoming environment, with a good number of tables, without the risk of crowding. Good choice of veg dishes, with the possibility of "veganizing" some dishes at the moment! See you soon!

Nuova sede del già noto Amole. Si sono ingranditi creando uno spazio perfetto per i loro piatti fantastici ma anche per altri eventi! La cucina non si smentisce: i piatti sono deliziosi, piccanti e saporiti, seguendo lo stile della regione del Sichuan. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, con un buon numero di tavoli, senza il rischio di accalcarsi. Buona scelta di piatti veg, con la possibilità di "veganizzare" al momento alcuni piatti! A presto!

Erano anni che volevo provare questo ristorante e finalmente ci sono riuscito. Il locale nuovo è molto accattivante e veramente ben curato. La cucina che loro propongono e’ quella della regione cinese di Sichuan, i ragazzi in sala spiegano bene i piatti e le proposte dello chef. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità, tutto preparato con massima cura e presentato molto bene. I piatti migliori sono stati i ravioli al vapore ed i gamberi. Sapori molto intensi e dalle note piccanti, bisognerà tornare per provare altri piatti. Conto giusto.

09/02/2025: Ate very well. Some dishes such as Dong rice with broth, Saudade, buffalo prawn tartare are really good!
19/01/2025: We had dinner at this place, very very very good food, nice and modern environment. The only negative note was on the service, the first 3 courses arrived correctly then due to a problem (I still don't know what) I had to wait 50 minutes for a dish after everyone had already finished eating. The thing that made me upset for a moment was the non-communication of the waiters who, despite my 4 requests for information, were unable to tell me anything about it. When the dish finally arrived it was cold.

11/01/2025: Best all you can eat sushi restaurant in Pievo di Cento and surrounding areas. It is a very welcoming restaurant and the difference between the competitors is given above all by the staff, the owner is fantastic and very nice, even just when she brings the dishes to the table, she serves them to you with a smile, which doesn't seem like much but is actually the reason for which I prefer this restaurant to all the others, highly recommended
