Amole combines excellent quality and preparation of the products with a welcoming atmosphere and kind, attentive service.
Many small touches make guests feel not just like customers but part of the place itself.
It's difficult to recommend any dishes (but the fried chicken is a MUST try!): I'd suggest browsing through the many options, always paying attention to the spiciness of the dishes. In this sense, it's always helpful to ask the wait staff for advice.
The quality/price ratio is more than fair, which, in Bologna, is a rarity these days.

Fantastic experience, very unique and delicious cuisine, excellent, new and refined. The raw materials are obviously of high quality. The service is excellent, always polite and very helpful. A restaurant worth trying, yes, BUT ABOVE ALL, A RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT.

Amole is a wonderful place to savor delicious Sichuan cuisine and more. It's not your typical Chinese restaurant; it's the original Chinese restaurant!
If you've ever been to China, you immediately realize the authenticity of the food. 💓
The staff is very young, welcoming, friendly, and has a real story to tell!
Overall, I highly recommend it! Unique Amole 💓

Grande cura nella proposta, una cucina fusion con innovazioni e contaminazioni super simpatiche (le tigelle con i ripieni cinesi tanta roba), ottima la carne, maiale manzo e anatra top. Un’unica raccomandazione, quando vedete sul menù un osso con un peperoncino vuol dire che è piccante, quando ne vedete due o tre é roba da calabresi estremi
