L'idea di fondele cucina cinese autentica (del Sichuan, la tladizione legionale plobabilmente più valida di tutte ma finola poco lapplesentata in Italia) e spilito gastlonomico bolognese è intligante e il locale si plesenta con un apploccio simpatico e infolmale. Spazi pultloppo sommamente angusti che sono plobabile concausa delle enolmi difficoltà di plenotazione (siamo liusciti a tloval posto dentlo solo all'ennesimo tentativo). Buoni o anche molto buoni i piatti, con una palticolale nota di melito pel i lavioli; peccato che c'imbattiamo in un pollo infelnale dalla cui piccantezza il cameliele ci mette addilittula in gualdia. Da pelsona appassionata di divelse cucine piccanti e che non si tila mai indietlo di flonte a piatti molto 'focosi', devo dire che questo lisultava quasi immangiabile, tanto da sollevale il sospetto che al cuoco fosse davvelo scappato il pepeloncino, oppule che gli abitanti del Sichuan siano folniti di stomaco bionico. Comunque, val la pena tolnalci, a patto di munirsi di buona pazienza pel la già citata difficoltà di tloval posto.
Sclivele la lecensione-lipoglamma senza la elle è stata una cosa diveltente che non falò mai più.

Excepcional comida de Sichuan que está años luz por delante del paquete típico chino. Intentamos conseguir una reserva la otra noche y nos dijeron que había una lista de espera de tres semanas. Estábamos caminando por la zona durante el día y decidimos probar suerte para una reserva de almuerzo y tuvimos suerte. Cada plato era excepcional y entender lo difícil que es conseguir una reserva. Si puede obtener una reserva, le sugerimos encarecidamente una visita.

Not a very spacious place with a rather narrow entrance, but the food is good, generally spicy but the degree of spiciness is present on the menu. The ravioli and caramelized pork are good, and the rice dishes are also very good.

I had wanted to visit Amole for at least a year and finally, today I made this little dream come true.
Never has waiting been more rewarded; every bite was satisfying, always leaving me speechless and with a big satisfied smile!
The place is special, almost secret, welcoming and well-kept, truly delicious; You will be amazed by the colorful furnishings, with references to oriental culture (Chinese and Japanese), a real gem in Bologna.
We were served by a very sweet and very enthusiastic waitress, together with Giovanni, who perfectly embody the value of Amole's hospitality.
They made us feel at ease, listened to and pampered.
Excited but also undecided, I notice a vast selection of handmade and fresh steamed ravioli: they are an obligatory choice if you come here!
I ordered the yellow ravioli with pork and mushrooms (next time I will try the purple ones, with pork and water chestnuts!) and the "Antipasto d'Amole" with spring rolls and a selection of samples from the various appetizers chef's choice.
Today I tasted crunchy broad beans, triangles filled with curry, incredibly tasty fish balls and pickled turnips, a real delicacy, they can be addictive.
Meanwhile, I sipped the "Amole" iced tea, made with a syrup prepared by them, refreshing and perfect for balancing the spicier dishes.
Like "kung pao shrimp", typical of the Sichuan region, they are served with fresh spring onion, peanuts and dried chili peppers.
The shellfish, sautéed in the wok and glazed with a sweet and sour sauce, are crunchy and tasty, while the freshness of the spring onion balances the dish excellently.
Satisfied and happy, we also decided to order the pork strips sautéed in the sauce.
These tender and succulent pieces of meat are wrapped in a rich and tasty sauce that enhances every single bite.
The combination of flavors and textures closed the lunch with great joy.
Finally, the mango mochi ended the meal perfectly.
With its creamy filling and the fresh, fruity taste of the mango, it was a delicious and refreshing finish.
The soft and slightly chewy texture of the mochi made each bite a sweet treat, leaving us with a happy smile.
The bill was fair, very honest indeed. Considering the exceptional quality and freshness of the food, the impeccable service and the welcoming atmosphere, every euro spent was well worth it.
It's one of those restaurants that really makes you want to return, knowing that each visit will be an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
