Amocù restaurant boasts a beautiful location in the center of Catania. Excellent for an elegant sushi dinner. The terrace is also beautiful during the spring/summer season. Recommended +++++

DOC - Duomo of Catania

02/10/2025: We stopped at Doc for an aperitif and instead found ourselves in front of an excellent Cerasuolo di Vittoria and some delicious plates of pasta alla Norma and pasta alla Carbonara!
29/09/2025: There were four of us, we booked a hotel next door, and we thought we'd stop here right next door. The location is right on the main street leading to the central square. Well, what can I say? The wine advice was very good, and the food was mediocre at best. Price-wise, we had the impression it was a "tourist trap." We don't plan on coming back here; there are certainly better options in Cartania.

Ikea

13/07/2025: Contrary to the negative reviews, I visited Ikea Catania 3 times to design and equip a small kitchen for a holiday home. We were well informed and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we do not speak Italian fluently.
10/07/2025: With their products, if you have a little imagination, you can create anything for your home. During today's visit, I noticed a better organization of all the departments; there's work underway to reorganize other departments. During today's visit, I found everything more organized and new products.
