Pizzas by the slice, but a large slice, depending on how many people are at the table. A nice opportunity to get together, with the pizza chef/owner who acts as a glue... If you want to spend a cheerful evening you are in the right place, you eat appetizers and pizza at a fixed price.... Parking on the street, not very difficult to find.

02/01/2026: We stopped in the afternoon for a hot tea and it was a truly delightful experience. The tea selection is extensive and carefully curated, as is the rest of the menu. The service was fast and very attentive, and we immediately felt welcomed. The interior is also impeccably designed, with beautiful festive decorations creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A perfect place for a quality break. Highly recommended!
27/12/2025: Like the phoenix, the Gambrinus has risen again, more beautiful than ever. A historic venue in the center of Montecatini, impeccably furnished and superbly managed. Ideal for a drink or an ideal evening aperitif.
