This isn't our first time there. The pizza is good and plentiful, the appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses with focaccia are delicious, and the giardiniera is exceptional! The service is adequate. The staff is always helpful. We'll be back to try the meat too!

I went to Amici per la Gola for the first time during a birthday party. The atmosphere is lovely, you can even request high chairs for children, and there's outdoor space with a veranda and a heating column.
The service is a bit sluggish, especially when it's crowded, but if you're patient, everything arrives. The portions are enormous; we went through the pizza rounds, and the pizza is served by the slice, not by the wedge, so rest assured you won't leave hungry. The first batch of pizzas was excellent and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we had a long wait for the second, and compared to the first, it was undercooked and overly salty. However, in the end, we didn't want any leftovers, so we finished them off as well; it would be a shame to waste food. One downside is the tables; the trays on which the pizza is served are enormous, and some of us found ourselves with plates and glasses buried underneath. Unfortunately, someone's glass fell, fortunately only wetting part of the table and not the person sitting in front of us. The pizza, however, is thin and easy to digest, and the oil they use is truly excellent.
As for parking, it's best to look for it on the surrounding streets, as the restaurant itself doesn't have any dedicated parking. The pizza chef is the real asset of the place: friendly and sociable, he was always joking throughout the evening. They were kind enough to let us stay at the table to unwrap our gifts a few minutes after the actual end of service.
