Excellent restaurant that reinterprets Trentino cuisine with a modern twist. Fantastic dumplings, both classic and vegan, tender and flavorful Alpine grey cheese, and delicious desserts. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere: highly recommended!

A pleasant surprise in the Reggio Emilia area, a true mountain refuge in the Po Valley. Excellent food and very well-prepared dishes. Perfect service. I spent a pleasant Sunday lunch in the mountains.

Per l’ennesima volta siamo tornati in questo ristorante, sempre buono e sempre al top! Da anni il primo in classifica di Reggio Emilia e ogni volta che ci vado… capisco il perché! Tipico Trentino in tutto e per tutto… Una qualità nei prodotti, servizio,e nei piatti presentati assolutamente è alta. Complimenti

I was lucky enough to have dinner at this wonderful restaurant Amici del Rifugio Crucolo. My partner and I had a tasting menu and the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend the pappardelle with venison ragù and vegetables and the venison loin is also very good. A well-kept place with impeccable service. I highly recommend!

Ristorante nelle campagne reggiane con menu tipicamente trentino: tutto ottimo, con piatti rivisitati in chiave moderna. Possibilità di accedere alla cantina per amari a fine cena o comprare prodotti (formaggi, salumi, vini, liquori). Servizio attento e disponibile. Prezzo medio-alto.

24/08/2025: Per gli amanti della cucina tipica reggiana o per i turisti che si trovano a visitare la città di Reggio Emilia, consiglio assolutamente una sosta mangereccia in questo ristorante -trattoria da urlo.Consigliato anche da varie riviste e guide culinarie tra cui la guida Michelin, la trattoria da Probo è un luogo assolutamente carino e accogliente in cui gustare meravigliosi cappelletti alla panna e pepe, tortelli, ecc...Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.Il piatto forte è il carrello dei bolliti e purè

Reservations are highly recommended for both dinner and lunch. Prices are fair for what you get. Ask for the daily specials, which vary seasonally. Fast service, highly recommended.
