It's changed a lot compared to the past. We went for dinner last week and I found the portions smaller and the quality lowered. The staff wasn't up to par with the restaurant's standard, almost annoyed by the requests, and you could feel the tension among those who worked there. It's a shame because it's always been an excellent restaurant. It's no longer worth the price.

Step inside and you'll forget you're in Reggio! The dishes are simply delicious, flavorful, refined, and elaborate, while respecting tradition with a touch of creativity, innovation, and aesthetics. The ingredients are of the highest quality. Kindness, attention, professionalism, uniqueness, and a wealth of passion are what you'll find here. Be amazed: by the location, the dishes, the welcome; by the Parampampoli served with the lights off and catching fire before your eyes. And even by a final tour of the cellar...!

I was truly impressed by this restaurant! 😍 The dishes are prepared with care, passion, and top-quality ingredients. You can immediately sense the love for cooking and respect for tradition behind every dish. Every flavor is balanced, authentic, and delicious, from the presentation to the taste, everything is perfect. Excellent restaurant that reinterprets Trentino cuisine with a modern twist. Fantastic dumplings, both classic and vegan, tender and flavorful Alpine grey cheese, and delicious desserts. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere: highly recommended!

30/11/2025: La Collina Restaurant in Pitigliano is one of those places that immediately makes you feel welcomed and pampered. The cuisine is truly excellent: carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients, fully respecting Tuscan tradition but with a personal touch that makes them even more enjoyable. The staff is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. One detail worth highlighting is their flexibility: we called to let them know we would be arriving at 2:20 PM, despite the kitchen closing at 2:30 PM, and without hesitation, they told us not to worry. Upon our arrival, they greeted us with a smile and didn't make us feel in the slightest bit "in the way," which is rare and highly appreciated. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and offers a pleasant atmosphere with large windows overlooking a lawn, offering a relaxing view that enriches the dining experience. In short, a restaurant that combines good food, courtesy, and a serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Pitigliano who wants to eat well while feeling at home.
20/11/2025: We got married last July 19th in this truly wonderful and enchanting place, surrounded by nature and relaxation. It struck us from the first time we saw it... What can I say? The super kind and friendly staff made you feel like family! They were so close-knit, conveying their love and passion for their work. Not to mention the food... Delicious, healthy, and authentic (which is not easy to find)! Thanks to Alberto and all the staff for their kindness and helpfulness, making our wedding day unforgettable! We'll definitely see you soon...

04/12/2025: The food is very good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is elegant. The only downside is that it's really expensive; there's no real relationship between how much you eat and how much you pay for it.
