Prices are reasonable, and the place is very nice, American diner-style. The service is fast, like fast food, and the food is of a high quality.

Overall, a good experience; the dining room is decorated like a true 1950s-1960s diner. What I didn't like was the very confusing and unclear menu, the disproportionate size of the sandwiches, and the temperature at which they were served. The sandwiches' incredibly large size meant you couldn't bite into them, but rather ate them in small pieces. Furthermore, the sandwiches weren't brought to a uniform temperature, so the only warm part—the meat—got cold very quickly.

Excellent fast food restaurant in a 1950s American diner style. The food is truly excellent and the prices are very competitive. The menu offers a wide selection of both main courses and desserts. The included refill service with drinks is also convenient.

Dinner with friends. Welcoming atmosphere and a unique 1960s/70s American style. A little chilly near the windows and the front door, partly due to the January season. Excellent sandwiches and service. Prices slightly higher than usual, but still not outrageous. Highly recommended. If you're sensitive to the cold, perhaps avoid the tables by the front door in the winter.

I work nearby, but I often go there on weekends because I find it very good. The prices seem a little high for some items, but I think they're justifiable for the quality and flavor. My favorite is the Smokery Xtreme (two 180g meats), but it's really big. I also get the graffiti mix + mixed berry cheesecake. Everything is really excellent, excellent, in fact, I'd say perfect. I also remember going there for a birthday and they kept the cake in the freezer (obviously with good advance notice), and there were about 12 of us.

07/02/2026: Outstanding food and beer. The menu is limited to burgers, rotisserie chicken, and sandwiches, but they're really well-made. The prices are still affordable, despite being just outside Milan, and it's still excellent value. The beers change constantly and come from other breweries, so the selection is always wide and consistently excellent (if you want to spend less on beer, go on Wednesdays for the keg emptying). The location is very basic; sometimes you find yourself very close to other customers because the tables are so tightly packed together, making it difficult for even the waiters to move around. So if you're looking for a "quiet" dinner, this isn't the place. It's also difficult to communicate with so many people. The service is good, but it can be slow on busy nights, but if you're expecting to be pampered, again, you're definitely in the wrong place. Overall, it's highly recommended for an evening of good food and good beer, but if you're in a "lazy" mood.

24/11/2025: I've been coming to The Rowing for lunch for years, and last Saturday I returned in the evening as well: absolutely confirmed! Isa and Tiziano are simply fantastic, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and that feeling of being at home that's worth more than anything. A place I always return to with pleasure—and every time I leave with a smile. Highly recommended! 🌟
