The welcome is excellent from the moment you walk through the door. Tristan was particularly friendly and attentive. We thank him for that. His wine recommendation was spot on! The food is delicate and exquisite. A place to recommend without a doubt!

Excellent experience at Ristorante Amedeo. Excellent cacio e pepe, and the beef, burrata, and truffle appetizer, equally exceptional. I also tried my colleague's anchovies and the tuna steak. If I'd had room, I would have ordered a second helping of everything! Highly recommended, and the service was also friendly and attentive.

This is a great value restaurant near Termini Station. Unlike the dingy surroundings, this restaurant is incredibly clean and upscale. It's famous for its carbonara and lamb! The friendly Rubi staff even packed fresh bread for us before we left.

After a few sketchy tourist-traps, I decided to look up for a restaurant in the termini region where I was staying, and stumbled upon Amedeo. The reviews did not lie, and the high rating is well-deserved. The food has been absolutely delicious, and Tristan, was such a friendly and welcoming waiter. I made sure to come back a second time the day after, and will definitely do so again in the future.

TOP restaurant. Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Rubi, the waiter who served our table, was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, I highly recommend them.

03/12/2025: One of the best restaurants in San Giovanni: their first courses are delicious (the homemade egg pasta, both with traditional Roman sauces and their own creations, is exquisite), and the desserts are tasty and satisfying. I've been there many times and they've never disappointed; the space is small but warm and welcoming. It's an ideal option for a dinner for two, a foursome of friends, or a family evening. Keep up the good work!
29/11/2025: A lovely place with friendly, attentive staff. Despite being busy, we waited a reasonable amount of time, and the service was quick. Be aware that the space is limited, and you should also consider that waiters also serve in the adjacent restaurant, which means the entrance door is constantly open (in winter, it gets cold). Our dishes were well-prepared and not banal, and the bill was fair.
