Ambrosia Ristorante Greco In Lecce

Durante le ferie estive mi è venuta voglia di assaggiare i sapori della cucina greca e così ho cenato con amici in questo ristorante durante una passeggiata a Lecce. Il locale dispone di non molti coperti che in estate sono nel piccolo spiazzo davanti all’ingresso. Abbiamo deciso di aprire la cena con 3 antipastini: Tzatziki, Hummus di ceci ed Olive greche accompagnate dalla tradizionale Pita…tutto molto buono e genuino nei sapori. Cena proseguita con una porzione di Gyros di pollo a testa, anche questo piatto buono con ingredienti molto freschi. Concluso la cena con due ottimi dessert: il tradizionale Yogurt greco con miele, noci e pistacchi (davvero buonissimo!) e i Lucumades con gelato alla vaniglia e spolverata di cannella (anche questo davvero buono). Il personale di servizio è veloce ed il conto onesto. Ci tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare anche altre pietanze! Lo consiglio!

Typical Greek restaurant with good food and a nice welcome....

During the summer holidays I wanted to taste the flavors of Greek cuisine and so I had dinner with friends in this restaurant during a walk in Lecce. The restaurant has not many seats which in summer are in the small open space in front of the entrance. We decided to open the dinner with 3 appetizers: Tzatziki, chickpea hummus and Greek olives accompanied by the traditional Pita... all very good and genuine in flavour. Dinner continued with a portion of chicken Gyros each, also a good dish with very fresh ingredients. The dinner ended with two excellent desserts: the traditional Greek yogurt with honey, walnuts and pistachios (really delicious!) and the Lucumades with vanilla ice cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon (also really good). The service staff is fast and the bill is honest. I will definitely be back to try other dishes too! I advise!

A small but welcoming place, with an outdoor space to protect people from cars. Completely successful Hellenic colors and furnishings, a bit of greenery, lots of photos of Greece... among other things, the restaurant is located in a point that is still outside the real center of Lecce, the one where you can't find parking even if pray to Zeus himself. So great! As for food, we are at very high levels: in most of the Greek places I have tried in the past, for example, pita was served as a simple piadina. Here, however, it is traditional homemade Greek bread! Thick, soft, delicious! All the dishes were excellent, however. The dessert is truly amazing! Incredibly low bill for what we ate.

Ristorante Greco, è la prima volta che ci vado, anche se non dista molto da casa, molto pulito che è già un buon inizio, servizio veloce e disponibile, piatti ellenici ottimi con ingredienti di qualità. Lo consiglio è un posto da provare, con la sicurezza che poi ci torni, per concludere la recensione, i prezzi, bassi per quello che si mangi e si beve, alla fine ci hanno offerto liquori e grappe elleniche. Se sei in zona e non lo provi, non sei normale. Tornato per la terza volta, ho chiesto l'agnello che era in menù, e per la terza volta mi hanno detto che non c'era, non va per niente bene, se non lo sapete o volete fare, toglietelo dal menù, certo un ristorante greco che non fa' l' agnello non è greco. Mi dispiace ma io sono corretto, se c'è qualcosa che non va lo dico.

Locale vicino al centro, piccolo ma accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile..sul corso principale. Servizio veloce, qualità del cibo ottima e porzioni abbondanti. Le salse super consigliate.. sembra di tuffarsi nella cucina greca!!!! Personale gentile e accogliente!! Consigliatissimo
