We took 2 bistro menus with wagyu burgers. We asked not to have some dishes as we were allergic and they accommodated us without any problem. The panna cotta, instead of the dessert that we couldn't get, was truly excellent, like everything else. Very friendly and helpful staff. Account perfectly in line.

Elegant restaurant, very well executed dishes, excellent quality raw materials. Among the first courses, fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms, a good dish which is not too heavy. Among the second courses, the grilled meats, both beef and lamb, are very tender, tasty and well cooked. The right portions if not abundant. Wines up to par with honest mark-ups. Young and capable dining room staff

Accoglienza, proposta e sapori sono stati di ottimo livello. Abbiamo preso solo due primi veloci, un maltagliato ai fagioli ed una fettuccina ai porcini, la pasta fatta in casa e il risultato soddisfacente.

Ci sono stato per cena. E' il ristorante dell'albergo spa Ambassador e si vede. Sala enorme e spaziosa, che probabilmente usano per la colazione. E' anche arredata benino e con classe. Il servizio velocissimo, arriviamo alle 21.30 e la sensazione è quella che dobbiamo mangiare nel minor tempo possibile. Prendiamo un antipasto misto (davvero poca roba, tre fette di prosciutto, un pezzetto di formaggio e due mezze bruschette) e due primi ciascuno. Risotto e gnocchetti molto buoni anche se ricette semplici. Con un calice di vino spendiamo 25 euro a testa. Un pò tantino ma già sapevo.

26/10/2024: Small, excellently managed by a wonderful hospitable, communicative and brilliant young lady. You can eat beautifully with an excellent quality/price ratio. Large portions but very tasty. Very good polenta. Worth coming back when you pass through these parts.

30/11/2024: Nice place but it needs to mature in a certain sense, particularly when it comes to the food. The dishes are presented very well, but the flavors should perhaps be richer, more "memorable". My vegetarian starter and grilled vegetable focaccia, for example, were a little thin, with little oil and the flavors were bland. My friends' pizza sauce was a little bland. The desserts, however, are excellent. This is not meant to be a negative review, on the contrary; the place has potential to become 🔝, at the moment it leaves a little lukewarm, so to speak. The dining room team is very courteous.
17/11/2024: I went for lunch today with my wife and daughter... Always a nice and welcoming place, precise service, excellent food, delicious first courses and equally good mixed grill... Sweets 🔝 I'll be back soon to let my wife and daughter taste the pizza. .. Greetings to all the staff and to Marco who is always impeccable 🙂🖐️
