Dinner with friends. We wanted to share the pleasure of this little gem with our friends, because we knew we'd make a great impression. And so it was. When you want to eat well, feel good, and taste the specialties of Puglia, Ambasciata is a surefire choice. Highly recommended. Hugs!

Volevamo provare questo ristorante e abbiamo fatto bene ! Ci siamo lasciate consigliare visto che volevamo provare un po di tutto e così è stato, tutto squisito,dalle verdure ai panzerotti,formaggi e fritti. Ottimo vino rosso della casa. Cordialità e soprattutto, siamo riuscite a mangiare con calma senza che qualcuno venisse a togliere i piatti sotto al naso prima che avessimo finito. Grazie. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo provato una sorta di menu degustazione di prodotti e piatti tipici pugliesi, affidandoci ai consigli di Gianluca che con passione e cura accompagna e spiega ogni singola portata. Piatti tutti all’altezza di riportare alla mente gusto e sapore di Puglia, portate bilanciate e saporite. Spizzicando si finisce sazi con dolcetto tipico molto sfizioso. Se si vuole deviare facendo una parentesi al cibo emiliano vale la pena passare di qua!

06/12/2025: Young, enthusiastic, and very courteous. Top-of-the-line bruschetta. Bruschetta of the week with cavolo nero, stracciatella, and salted almonds, delicious! Bruschetta Valles with lemon oil is equally noteworthy! The desserts are also excellent, and the Rudino at the end is the icing on the cake. Well done!
