We came across this restaurant by chance. From the outside, a sign displays a menu, but once inside, there is none. You have to choose your dishes without visual support, which is not a problem in itself, but it can be confusing if you don't speak Italian. Unfortunately, the first waiter we asked for an explanation wasn't very friendly, which almost made us want to leave. Fortunately, another waiter, smaller and bearded, came to see us. He was really adorable and took the time to explain everything to us calmly, which allowed us to make our choice. The service was a little long: around 40 minutes of waiting for the dishes, which can be complicated with children. But once served, we really enjoyed the food, which was delicious. We each had a dish, without dessert, because we were quite full and preferred to eat dessert elsewhere. Small downside: the absence of a menu in several languages ​​from the start and the lack of explanation from the servers, which makes ordering difficult for non-Italian speakers. Fortunately, an English map was provided to us afterwards. Apart from that, the atmosphere is chic and pleasant, and the cuisine is really quality. Too bad for the mixed reception at the start, but overall a good culinary experience.

We had dinner last night and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise to discover SIMBUA. The starters were good and plentiful, the prawn and burrata lasagnetta and the lobster linguine were good, the fried fresh calamari was excellent and light!! The only slightly out of the ordinary note... the tiramisu was all mascarpone cream (very good) and very little ladyfingers with coffee. Overall I have to say the guys in the room were also very good, we'll see you again on the next tour in Casteddu!!!

A very elegant and contained environment. There are not many seats indoors but that is the advantage of the place in addition to the excellent fresh and "homemade" food! Friendliness and scrupulous attention distinguish the owners and waiters. I ate divinely and abundantly. A place I will definitely sponsor with my clients! Heartfelt compliments to the chef!

I was there a few days ago, on a Saturday at lunchtime, I didn't know it and I am, in fact we were satisfied with everything, food, service and place, modern and with comfortable seats. Starters, first and second courses for three people, cover charge and water separately, coffee offered. Very good, I recommend.

Simple food, in the most philosophical sense of the term, with excellent raw materials and generous portions, excellent value for money, impeccable service for me, it meets my tastes perfectly!!!
