Love the best for raw fish!!! Everyone was fantastic, top-notch service, very attentive and efficient!! I ate the tubetti with mussels, phenomenal!! I always come back with pleasure when I come to Conversano!!

Everything is good and modern, the fish is delicious and fresh, even for take-away, in short it's more of a restaurant than a fishmonger. VERY GOOD

We stumbled upon this place after stumbling upon it online, and it was a wonderful discovery. The place is quiet and welcoming, the fish is incredibly fresh, and everything is delicious, from appetizers to main courses. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

Our first time at Amarè for lunch with my dad, and we were pleasantly surprised. The quality of the ingredients here is beyond question: we started with the freshest raw seafood (the true aroma of the sea) and fried baby octopus, perfectly dry and crispy. ​The first courses, however, were the real surprise: the tagliolini allo scoglio were incredibly flavorful, but the troccoli with scampi, red shrimp, and king octopus deserve an honorable mention... the sea-and-land combination with the mushroom is out of this world! We finished on a high note with an excellent sorbet, a house dessert, and a coffee. If you're looking for fresh fish, expertly prepared, and attentive service, this is the place. Bravo!

Excellent restaurant, but, great but… they offer you dishes that aren't on the menu and then the bill is excessively high, an unpleasant experience.
