This is the best fish restaurant in the neighborhood of Conversano - Polignano- Monopoli . Fresh, good choices, well prepared. Unconventional for Europe but typical for Puglia to eat at the store .

Wat een bijzondere ervaring! Liefhebbers van vis, schaal-en schelpdieren kunnen hier hun hart ophalen. Alleen de antipasti bestaande uit 7 gerechtjes zijn fantastisch. Je kan kiezen uit rauwe visgerechten, warme of een combinatie. De enthousiaste bediening legt het allemaal uit. Het betreft hier een viswinkel met restaurant. In het restaurant heb je uitzicht op de prachtige uitstalling van vis in de vitrine. Gamba’s, zee-egel, langoustine, tonijn, mosselen en lokale vissoorten en meer. We kozen voor de proeverij van antipasti rauw en daarnaast nog een combinatie van rauw en warm. Gerechten die je samen kan delen zodat je alles kan proeven. Daarbij een lekkere prosecco. We besloten daarna samen een vis van de grill te nemen die ter plekke werd uitgezocht door de bediening. Dit was ook zeer geslaagd! Als afsluiter nog een klein Citroën sorbet ijsje. We hebben genoten!

Anare is the best for raw food!!! Everyone was fantastic, top service, very attentive and efficient!! I ate tubes with phenomenal mussels!! I always come back with pleasure when I come to Conversano!!

Come indicato dal titolo, abbiamo passato una bella serata,gustando cibo di prima qualità. La location non è molto ampia ma gli spazi sono utilizzati molto bene, pertanto è confortevole. Il personale è compente e professionale. Il menù, rigorosamente a base di pesce, è di qualità eccellente: è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello del ristorante. Il conto è stato proporzionato alla qualità del cibo che abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di gustare. Bravi ragazzi, continuate così. Consigliatissimo.
