It's a heavy heart for me to write this review in the hope of offering some ideas for improvement. While the pizza is very good, it's not possible that every order, regardless of whether it's midweek or weekend, is on average delayed by about 30 minutes (I'm writing this review after a year of ordering pizza once a week, and I'm not generalizing). What I find every time is that the pizza arrives cold, so the delay isn't accumulated in the kitchen... I also find it unprofessional that not even an apology is offered, and that if you call to find out why there's a delay, the answer is that a bit of a wait is normal.

Very good... they always improve

The best takeout pizzeria in Castegnato. Excellent pizza, great toppings, and a light dough. Always on time, I've never had any problems. The only downside is the gluten-free dough, knowing it's a frozen product. The €3 surcharge is too high in my opinion. Payment by POS is available.

We've been ordering takeout from this pizzeria for about 2 years and have had a good experience on occasion. However, deliveries are often not on time, sometimes with delays of 30–45 minutes. This evening, in addition to the delay, one pizza wasn't complete (okay, it happens) and the pizzas were cold. Receiving them cold after a 45-minute wait isn't nice 😅 I'm writing this review as a constructive suggestion: perhaps better organization of delivery times would help improve the service. It would be helpful to be notified in advance if it wasn't possible to meet the requested time. It's a shame because in my opinion, they're very good.
