An excellent option for an unusual dinner; both the tigella and the fried gnocco are delicious. The accompanying sauces are delicious.

High prices, I'm referring to the quality-price ratio.
The tigelle are too flat; they should be thicker.
The gnocco fritto is good, but it should be twice as big.
The cured meats are decent, some better, some less so, except for the cooked ham, which in my opinion is of barely acceptable quality.
If a restaurant offers tigelle and crescentine/gnocco fritto, it has to do it well; the squacquerone must be PLENTY. Many bowls arrived, I think 12, with many specialties, all good, but useless and unrelated to the "tigelle and gnocco fritto" offering.
Objectively, how can you expect to satisfy everyone's needs with just one tiny bowl of squacquerone?
The idea of bringing specialties from another region is nice, but it has to be done well. In Bologna, the home of tigelle, they always bring green olives and spring onions. Plus, everything arrives all at once.
This is my experience and it is only related to the dish I chose, for the rest I don't know.

A wonderful experience. The food is quality; I recommend trying one of the various platters paired with tigelle and gnocco fritto, topped with a mix of savory and sweet sauces. The place is modern and well-maintained; the only drawback is the limited parking lot.

Very nice and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff, very good food.
The only small flaw? We waited a little longer than expected for our dishes.

A pleasant discovery. Excellent ingredients, both the tigelle and the fried gnocco are delicious. Each platter is paired with a variety of sauces. The service is fast, helpful, and very friendly. The price is fair.

Overall, after a Sunday lunch experience, I'd give it a 4.5 rating.
It was a lovely discovery, an alternative to the usual restaurant experience. It was worth it, and I'd gladly return.
I'd just make two comments: the first is the slightly long wait, especially with children in tow, over half an hour for the platters; the second is the food service. With the cold cuts, it might seem banal, but with the cheeses, I'd have the kids discuss the type and order of the tastings to enhance the servings.
The prices are justified by the shared tasting menu, with the various sauces offered at the center of the table, tigelle and fried gnocchi served in rotation upon request. They might seem a little expensive if they weren't, and I'm referring to the individual platters, not the dishes from the kitchen, which we didn't try (it's called a tigelleria), but we were surprised by the high number of requests from other tables, which suggests the restaurant's renowned excellent quality.
Hoping we did something pleasant, we will definitely be back!

A tigelleria that surprises with its quality and attention to detail. The dough is soft and delicious, even the fried gnocco. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful discovery.

Something different from our traditional cuisine, recommended for celiacs, very good tigelle (gluten-free), different types of cured meats, paired with cocktails or beer, very professional, courteous service and able to advise.
