Ama - Tigelleria e Cucina In Vigodarzere

Ho scoperto il mio posto!! Oltre al design e la raffinatezza del posto , mi sono immersa nella degustazione di ben 3 degli 11 menu’ spettacolori e gustosissimi che generalmente i titolari , Ilaria e Alberto, mi hanno proposto!! Ero nel paradiso del cibo!!! La varietà e la fantasia puo’solo essere testata perché per raccontarla dovrei scrivere un libro!! Bravi!! Eccellenza e professionalità!! A presto!! Caterina

Yesterday I went to Ama Tigelleria for dinner. It was a dinner for a couple and we were welcomed in a super warm way, as much as the location and the spaces. In fact, in addition to having a large external and internal space (rooms on several floors), it is also equipped with private parking! I have celiac disease and the tigelle I ate were practically identical to those from Emilia-Romagna, and it is not at all easy to make them good gluten-free!!!!! In total we spent around 45 euros: very generous portions and more than honest prices, considering that my boyfriend took the fish platter and despite this the price remained medium-low. In addition they bring you some delicious and well-researched sauces: pumpkin sauce, olive sauce, spicy sauces... as well as a white chocolate cream and a Nutella cream perfect to end the evening on a sweet note :) I will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone I know, as well as inserting it into some TikTok with pleasure. I left feeling really full and satisfied, it's not easy to leave so happy having food intolerances 💞

Tigelle and fried gnocco are as good as in Emilia and generous portions! We also had an off-menu and seasonal asparagus risotto, delicious.

The peculiarity of this restaurant are the tigelle, in reality they are not exactly like those you would eat in the Modena Apennines but they are good and the fillings offered are excellent, friendly and kind staff. In short, a place to return to

Very welcoming environment, very courteous and prepared staff. The menu is very varied with delicious dishes and sauces for all tastes, both meat and fish, and desserts surrounded by tigelle and fried gnocco in abundance, all washed down with excellent wine.

Locale molto accogliente e tenuto veramente bene peccato per il menù che non è il massimo. Qualità dei prodotti media servizio a mio parere un po’ disorganizzato però possono sicuramente migliorare. Prezzi medio alti. Sicuramente devono fare delle migliorie perché hanno comunque un ottimo potenziale
