I found this place by chance and had a really good pizza. I would definitely go back there for food in Matera. It's more of a snack bar than a restaurant, but they also have good local bottled beer.
The pizza had stracciatella and mozzarella. The crust was crispy, the edges weren't very thick but still fluffy. The prices are reasonable.

Extraordinary pizza. Truly delicious. The place is small, so reservations are highly recommended. Service could be improved. A little more customer service wouldn't hurt. Overall, we'll definitely return.

Excellent pizzeria! Welcoming and informal atmosphere. Excellent dough, the pizza is very light and easy to digest.
I tried the "eggplant au gratin" pizza with mozzarella, stracciatella, au gratin eggplant, and parsley. Generously topped, excellent.

Try the various types of pizza. Small place with limited seating. In the summer, you can enjoy your pizza outside. Prices were initially competitive, but are now moderately high.

The pizza is really good, especially the house specialties (the Lucana and other pizzas). Good selection of beers and fast table service. The only downside is that the place is tiny and fills up quickly. If they moved to a larger space, they'd still be sold out because they deserve it.
