We ate in Alta Sestolina during the holidays, trying the gastronomic route menu. The dishes were delicious at a modest price, we will definitely be back.

We took part in the gastronomic trail in September, there were 4 of us, we particularly enjoyed the starter and the first course, with the ribs we were not lucky, 3 out of 4 dishes were a mass of bones and fat which is a shame because the sauce is really very Good. I would like to give some advice: dedicate a room and a service specifically for tall customers, not the common room with hotel customers where they eat buffet style.

I had a good time, the staff were friendly, I would have given an extra push to the dishes with truffles, the rest was fine, the zabaglione reminded me of my childhood.

Combining luxury and traditional mountain cuisine is not for everyone. For a romantic dinner or for those seeking extreme refinement, you will find what you are looking for here. It is a place that completes the gastronomic offer of the area, addressing a demanding and refined public.
