Restaurant inside a 4-star hotel in the center of Sestola. Traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist, using the freshest, highest-quality local produce, and truly delicious cold cuts and cheeses. The trout carpaccio and porcini mushroom flan are especially noteworthy. Very friendly and attentive service.

Quality, quality restaurant, inside a quality hotel. Local food, with revisited traditional dishes. And these dishes are well-assorted. Tasty. Clean atmosphere and staff, albeit minimal, are quick and welcoming. Good value for money, I'd say!

Hidden gem in the mountains: this is a wonderful place if you are seeking relaxation and recovery. Embark into a journey to a time when we were young and things have been much easier. Enjoy homemade dishes and an extradordinary wine selection for which I will come back soon. Rest in a comfy bed and awake to the sound of birds and fresh air. And if you need to move after all the nice food and the relaxation: rest asured you are in the right place to discover the surrounding mountains.
