The gluten-free tigelle and fried gnocco were spectacular!!! Perfectly made, soft and flavorful, delicious!! With a wonderful slice of speck, prosciutto crudo, and slightly spicy but tasty salami. And the lard was a wonderful surprise: I found it delicate and pleasantly flavorful!!! All at a more than reasonable price!!! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Modena again; maybe a gluten-free pizza, beautiful and flavorful. This is a place to keep in my heart, especially for the kindness and courtesy of the owners, who make you feel "at home."

Today was my birthday, and Pizzeria Anissa gave me a wonderful gift. I was able to celebrate lunch with a dear friend, enjoying gluten-free gnocco and tigelle (crescentine), which were fantastic! A very welcoming atmosphere. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. I've enjoyed their gluten-free pizza several times before...always delicious, with homemade dough. Today, the surprise was a huge and very welcome one! Highly recommended.
