The restaurant is a beautiful place. They're a little slow in bringing the food, but everything is delicious. I've eaten there for breakfast and dinner and have never been disappointed. Final score: 5 out of 5 stars.

I just don't get it!! We come here regularly for breakfast or dessert because I find everything delicious. However, we regularly encounter poor service and incompetent staff!! The name that distinguishes this place cannot coexist with a chain on the door and a manager who doesn't encourage you to stay by telling you that despite the half-empty restaurant, "you have to wait." Truly out of place!

Phenomenal. The sandwiches were perfectly balanced in taste and flavor. The bombs were overflowing. The prices were absolutely right. Well done!!!

Wow! Niko Romito has created a place with a distinctive touch at reasonable prices! Open only during the day, it's a popular stop for workers, tourists, and passers-by—in short, anyone who's hungry! Everything is strictly homemade...bread and both savory and fried pastries! A bonus is that you can buy specialties like jams and biscuits from the multi-starred chef to take away! An experience for all budgets! Parking is also available! Exceptional! 🥳

The restaurant is located along the road that leads to Roccaraso. The atmosphere is rational with minimalist furnishings. The staff is very friendly. The dishes and desserts are of high quality. It is part of the chain created by Niko Romito. The chef is multi-starred. The prices are reasonable. Try the fried chicken. A real treat.

A lovely place just a 5-minute drive from the center of Castel di Sangro. We stopped for a quick lunch on the way home. It's a modern place with a mouth-watering selection of sweet and savory dishes. We ordered a chicken (1.2kg) to try as a group, followed by various dishes featuring mostly chicken, pork, and buffalo mozzarella. As soon as the chicken arrived, I bit into it and... I can't help but say I've had the best chicken I've ever had! I only like breast, so I had a buttery breast. It melted in my mouth, not dry at all, but juicy, with a crispy, flavorful exterior and spices that were noticeable without being annoying or disgusting. I have no idea how it's cooked—maybe a combination of steaming and frying—but the fact is, it remains the best chicken I've ever tasted, even in the opinion of others. The artisanal chips were perfectly made, delicately fried, and super crispy. I wasn't thrilled with the bomb: it's served with a thick piece of pork, which in my case was very fatty, but otherwise it's no different from a good burger. The homemade bread with organic flours and top-notch sourdough starter is top-notch! I didn't get to try the desserts and focaccia, which looked excellent. The price was average; if I'd only tried the chicken, I'd definitely have given it 5 stars, but overall, it's a 4.
