A stay at Hotel Bivio – simply perfect in every way! I had the pleasure of spending a few wonderful days at Hotel Bivio in Livigno – and I can only say: this hotel is a place to feel completely at ease! You can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The hotel staff is top-notch – from reception to restaurant service, genuine hospitality is truly practiced here. I especially want to mention Phillippo, who takes care of the guests with incredible dedication. He is a host through and through and ensures that your stay becomes a personal experience. In the restaurant, we received outstanding service from him and his team – attentive, friendly, and with a passion that is rare to find these days. Even at breakfast, you can tell that quality and attention to detail are paramount: a diverse, regional buffet with everything your heart desires. I was particularly impressed by the fresh smoothies and the selection of regional products. A big thank you also to Giorgio (that was the waiter's name, if I remember correctly) – he was incredibly courteous, attentive, and anticipated our every need. The reception staff also deserve high praise. Always friendly, helpful, and with a smile – whether it was for excursion tips, spa bookings, or small requests, we always felt welcome and exceptionally well cared for. The room was modern, very clean, and was perfectly tidied every day during our absence. We were even allowed to store our bicycles securely in a separate room – a huge plus for anyone who enjoys being active. The spa area was another highlight: a beautiful indoor pool, a pleasant sauna, and a cozy relaxation room. The atmosphere was tranquil, refined, and relaxing – just what we needed after a day in the mountains. Overall, our stay at the Bivio was simply wonderful. You can tell that the people who work here are passionate about their jobs and want the very best for their guests. I'll definitely be back, if only for Philippo and Giorgio! Lunch with friends, a single dish of pizzoccheri and polenta with sausage. The dish was good, but not very generous. I would have preferred more pizzoccheri to better enjoy them. Dessert, coffee, and water for two cost €60.

We always stay here minimum once a year. Super friendly staff, great vibes, great food. We love it. Highly recommend.

Cold and tasteless food (or bitter), quite long wait, needed to remind about some items I ordered. The only good thing is the view, the price is also fine.
