At AlpiNN, Norbert Niederkofler’s philosophy isn’t just reflected in the food—it defines the entire experience. We had The View experience, an exceptionally well-crafted tasting menu paired with both great wines and an excellent non-alcoholic pairing menu. Each dish showcased a deep respect for local ingredients and Alpine tradition, making for a truly memorable culinary journey. Beyond the food, the setting itself was breathtaking. The restaurant’s panoramic mountain views, combined with the sight of paragliders soaring past, added an almost surreal quality to the meal. It’s an ideal spot for a lunch break during a day of skiing at Kronplatz, offering both relaxation and inspiration in equal measure. Adding to the experience was the outstanding service. The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their passion for the cuisine and careful attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and enhanced our appreciation of every dish and pairing. A must-visit for anyone seeking a unique and elevated dining experience in the heart of the Dolomites!

Stunning restaurant with a unique view. The environment is not too formal, staff are attentive, smiling and kind. We chose the tasting menu and everything was perfect, the whipped butter and the risotto were truly special. The 0 km philosophy is highly appreciated, the restaurant does not use ingredients that are not present in the area. I will definitely come back. Thank you

A unique place with breathtaking views, a very good restaurant and a very good chef and restaurateur. A must when visiting Kronplatz.

Evocative restaurant with all-glass walls overlooking the ski slopes at Pian de Corones. Minimal and well-kept environment with open kitchen (without odors and noises). Bread and butter paid extra (to be taken). Menu with few courses, but certainly sophisticated (presentations and descriptions are a bit deceiving). For example, the breading on the cutlet completely separated from the meat. An experience to be had but not to be repeated. Prices a little exaggerated.

Es la cuarta vez que visitamos este restaurante. La vista sigue siendo perfecta. El aperitivo era excelente. El plato principal fue decepcionante, no pudimos cortarlo porque fue muy duro. Es la primera vez que no estamos satisfechos. El servicio estaba desinteresado. Se olvidaban de traer algo. El restaurante estaba vacío así que no tienen excusa. Esperamos que la próxima vez sea genial de nuevo cuando vengamos porque la vista es simplemente perfecta, es una pena porque esta vez la comida no estuvo a la altura.
