I personally recommend dining at a table with a view. Each dish is paired with a different view, a feast for the eyes, nose, and mouth. ALPINN is more than just a dining experience; it's an artistic ritual that resonates with the highest state of flow. Here, the chef's ingenuity is fully realized on the tongue through the color, aroma, and flavor of each dish, creating a sense of time frozen in time and a full awakening of the senses. Paired with the unparalleled peak views, it's not just a visual feast, but a spiritual enrichment. Compared to many inexplicably high-priced restaurants in Taiwan and even Asia, ALPINN's pricing appears exceptionally pure and reasonable from an international perspective—it's not just a price, but a conversation about value. ALPINN is more than just a restaurant; it's a reflection of a mindset. This hidden mountaintop retreat is accessible only by cable car. Perhaps, being a Niederkofler restaurant, you arrive with very high expectations. The view is splendid, the building truly unique. "Ein Hingucker" is the German word. The food was good, but the flavor combinations didn't entirely convince me. The best dish was the bread, truly delicious. Service—we asked for sparkling water with lemon; we received still water without lemon. The bread arrived after the appetizer, which I thought was insufficient considering the location. Ambience, no music, no vibe... perhaps a little sterile? Summary: definitely a place that wants to create a modern South Tyrolean identity. For me, it lacks charm; for example, there wasn't a single person who spoke German... so it lacked a bit of soul. The food is good, but not exceptional. I probably wouldn't return. 3.5/5

Restaurant with an incredible view on a clear day! You can even watch solo paragliders. Food was good n reasonably priced. Service was great too. There are options for ala carte & tasting menu. Take note that the restaurant is ONLY accessible via the Kronplatz cableway which costs eur35 return journey per person. Besides dining at Alpinn, you get to walk around the area to enjoy the stunning view. I recommend coming here only if weather is very nice to make it worthwhile.

An incredible location, to say the least, at The View you feel like you're dining mid-air amidst the peaks of the Dolomites. The food is impeccable; the tasting menu starts with a bang and ends even better; you can savor the thoughtfulness and culture of food you'd expect from a chef of this caliber. Last but not least, the service: Guglielmo assisted us, provided excellent advice on the wine selection, and explained everything there was to know about each dish, even the acrobatic trajectories of the athletes who, on this September day, were paragliding just steps from our table.
