A very pleasant stay, excellent cuisine, and friendly and helpful staff. I would have appreciated a little more attention to the room (it's a bit dusty), but it's still very comfortable and welcoming. Worth the trip!

Great hotel! The views and food were amazing!! The staff was fantastic so friendly and accommodating, especially Michele who helped us with every little thing we needed. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us with transportation which included a shuttle to the airport. If I ever visit Sorrento again I’m definitely staying with Hotel Alpha!

Cesareo Family A truly enchanting property, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail to meet guests' needs. The staff was excellent: at reception, we were greeted by Massimo and his colleagues with such kindness, friendliness, and efficiency. The restaurant, overseen by Gianni and his staff, was also astonishing. The service was commendable: the staff were always ready to accommodate our requests. We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Alpha. The property is beautiful and impeccable: everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously cared for. The food was absolutely delicious, excellent quality, and always beautifully presented. But what made our experience truly special was the staff. Both the reception staff and the waiters were incredible: always kind, helpful, and ready to help us at any time. They truly went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable, going far beyond our expectations. We are truly grateful for the welcome we received and can't wait to return!
