My husband and I stayed three nights. The area was quiet, the hosts were very helpful and friendly, like being with family. Excellent cuisine, good, genuine and original dishes. The excellent wine. I also found a family atmosphere with the other guests. Thank you very much, we will be back. Monica

We ended up at dinner by chance because in reality many restaurants were closed during the week, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the really good and not obvious dishes due to the search for combinations and raw materials, really recommended

I review the restaurant... I ate very, very well. Fixed menu of 45 euros including drinks and desserts with 4 starters, 2 first courses, 4 second courses plus you can ask for an encore of everything so excellent value for money for me. Nice, down-to-earth and very knowledgeable manager, many things such as mushroom-based dishes or wine are produced and collected by him and his family. I highly recommend this restaurant, I will definitely go back, now I've made it a friend 😃😃

I didn't know this restaurant, it was recommended to me by a friend. I booked because the theme of the evening was "Varzi summer black truffle". The restaurant is located in a small hamlet about 800 meters away, furnished with great care as if it were in a cabin. The tables set up with elegance. The trained, helpful and extremely kind staff did everything with a smile. 👍 Excellent dishes came out of the kitchen, obviously with local truffles given the theme, they always came with an encore. I had dinner and was served better than a king, and what can I say about the digestives produced by the owner I really recommend this restaurant for any occasion. If anyone wants to stay overnight there are rooms above it. 👍👍👍👍👍

If you are looking for friendliness, high quality, both of the food and of the entire staff, well, all you have to do is go to Pier, the great master of ceremonies, to Laura in the kitchen with all the helping staff, to the girls who serve in the dining room, Giada, Martina and Stefania P.S. I can't recommend a favorite dish because it's all delicious

Rustic trattoria, where you eat freely, 6 or 7 starters, 2 first courses, second courses, 3 desserts, coffee, liquor trolley. All truly genuine, of excellent quality, really good! House wine that you don't know what it is, but free-range and good. Piercarlo and Martina, nice and kind.

20/07/2024: Truly suggestive environment, however the food is very mediocre, without infamy or praise, almost everything has the same flavour, the portions are very uneven in style, quantity and size; the fish doesn't always seem very fresh, but in general everything is "acceptable". Less varied menu than the competition; negative note for the fact that the menu is on paper (often dirty and sticky to touch) when you could easily opt for digital (tablet or order directly from mobile phone as in Milan). Average waiters and service, I was a little annoyed that although closing was at 11.30pm, a waitress came by at 10.15pm to tell us that if we wanted to order anything more it would have to be done at that time or they would close the kitchen. Once you go to see the very beautiful location I don't think it's worth going back. I would have expected more from a restaurant in Pavia.

03/08/2024: Excellent pastry bar with very varied choices of pastries, brioches, cakes and biscuits. All tastes are catered for. The only flaw would be to increase the staff who are in little trouble during peak hours!
