A beautiful place for a day in the mountains, accessible by chairlift or with a half-hour walk. On the way down, you absolutely must try the summer bobsleigh ride on a monorail—a really fun experience! Highly recommended.

A really nice place, beautiful view and we ate well. The platter was super. The monorail to go down was very fun.

The place is very welcoming and can be reached after about a half-hour walk uphill or by chairlift. For polenta concia, we expected a clay pot with a little polenta and melted butter, but instead it was very compact, but still delicious. The polenta concia with mushrooms and beef cheek was delicious. The bobsled ride costs 8 euros per person and was a pleasant surprise!

We went there to try the fun bob... you arrive at a parking lot very close (you just have to cross the road) to the departure point of the chairlift, in 5 minutes you are at the top, where you can choose to stop for a picnic, a nap, play, drink, eat. There is a bar / restaurant. You will also find a children's play area, a picnic area with tables and benches, two star boxes and 4 tents for rent, with options only, breakfast or half board. The descent with the bob is highly recommended! Super kind and helpful staff, always with a smile and a joke in their pocket!

We went to the refuge on Sunday for lunch. The polenta was TOP. Vittoria and Rubina are the best waitresses in the Rimasco Valley. Kind and smiling, they made the refuge experience even more enjoyable!
