Wonderful place, with an old-fashioned atmosphere that's hard to find nowadays; rich and tasty cuisine, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Everything was perfect. I've known it for years and always love returning; it's my favorite restaurant. I hope it never changes!

21/01/2026: My name is Mirko Marchesi, I'm 52 years old, and on Saturday a customer took me to this restaurant for lunch. I asked if it was possible to have carbonara (not on the menu). I'm writing this first-ever review because I found the carbonara perfect in every detail: plating, temperature, and flavor. I was particularly struck by how the different flavors were so delicately expressed. Despite having lived in Rome for 18 months, I consider this carbonara the best I've ever eaten, and the service is equally excellent. Thank you so much, ARTE E GUSTO.. BRAVISSIMI Doc No. 0476-0002
