For me, Allium is that place where the rule "better once here than five elsewhere" applies. A huge “well done!” to all the staff: always kind, super prepared and never intrusive, but always available for anything.

Allium is my favorite place... the environment is well-kept and elegant, the food, the raw materials and the way they are processed and presented are superlative... all of this is framed by the smile and competence of the staff, who in addition to being highly trained, are fun, present and beautiful! Se in fase di prenotazione mi viene dato un orario, io lo rispetto. Ma non è possibile attendere 30 minuti per avere il menù e cominciare a cenare dopo 30 minuti dall’ ordine ( il locale non era pieno!). Pietanza ben presentate, ma non memorabili. Personale gentile. Avevo buone aspettative, ma non credo di tornarci.

Un ristorante dove mi sento a casa. Ragazzi giovani , eleganti , puntuali , entusiasti e molto professionali ma con un sorriso che sempre ci conquista. Servizio impeccabile , carta dei vini molto ben fornita e una cucina che lavora sempre in maniera eccellente. Ci veniamo da anni e negli anni troviamo sempre ricerca , qualità e quel pizzico di audacia che premia ! Bravi ! Per noi sempre i numeri UNO! TOP!

Allium Restaurant – An extraordinary gastronomic experience ❤️
I have had the pleasure of dining at Allium Restaurant several times (I gladly go there even though I live in Rome/Milan) and the experience was truly memorable, as always.
Every detail, from the refined environment to the attention to service, contributes to creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere, where each dish tells a story of passion and creativity.
The menu is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, and I particularly appreciated the chef's ability to blend flavors and cultures into surprising dishes. I started with the fusion gyoza, a perfectly successful combination of tuna, cherry tomatoes, capers and olives, which gave an explosion of Mediterranean flavor in a typically Asian format. Next, the Pad Thai tortelli, which struck me for their uniqueness: a delicate mascarpone filling which enhanced the contrast between the internal creaminess and the characteristic sweet-savory balance of the Pad Thai sauce. A true masterpiece of culinary contamination and expert mastery of chef Alberto.
As the main course, I chose the grilled gurnard fish neck, a dish that fully expresses the philosophy of the restaurant where excellent raw materials really make the difference.
The accompanying sauce enhanced the flavor of the fish without overpowering it, balancing each bite with elegance and intensity.
The service was impeccable: the young and trained staff is always attentive without being intrusive, creating a relaxed experience but at the same time paying attention to the smallest details.
The selection of wines is wide and well-studied, with proposals that perfectly accompany each dish.
Allium Restaurant is an unmissable destination for those seeking creative, high-level cuisine, capable of surprising and conquering with unique flavors and bold combinations. I can't wait to come back❤️

We came to this restaurant for our anniversary and they placed us at an intimate table in front of the fireplace, an excellent choice I would say, they listed the various tasting itineraries and we chose "timeless", good, fresh fish and perfect combinations of sauces to accompany . The wine tasting route is also excellent. As a first course we ate fusilli with pistachio pesto, stracciatella and raw red prawns, delicious, and the final dessert was the touch of class with the revisited tiramisu which was very, very good!!! And to top it all off, a nice homemade licorice liqueur that almost didn't require me to ask for the recipe, in my opinion it deserves the star 🌟
