Fornaretto's pizza is exceptional! The dough and leavening are remarkable; the pizza is crumbly and light, extremely digestible. I'd also like to add a note about the espresso: an excellent blend for a full-bodied yet sweet espresso.

Nos topamos con este gran restaurante hace más de seis años y decidimos intentar de nuevo para nuestra estancia más reciente en Trastevere. Ricardo y su equipo no defraudaron, y disfrutamos de una gran comida italiana. ¡Pase por delante de los típicos y pruebe Alle Fratte, será soddisfatto! ¡Grazie Mille Ricardo!

07/09/2025: It reopened under a different name, still in the area. Same quality, but higher prices and a smaller variety of products. The desserts are still very fresh.
03/09/2025: We just visited this fantastic pastry shop. They offer a huge selection of sweet and savory treats, all homemade. The owners and employees are incredibly kind. The prices are very fair (we paid only €6.80 for three enormous brioches and two cappuccinos) and the quality is excellent. You guys are fabulous 🥰

20/07/2025: I think it's the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The staff is attentive and courteous. The place is well-kept and welcoming. The high ceiling makes it noisy. In any case, it's worth a visit for the food and service. The service times could be improved, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.
07/06/2025: I booked for a business dinner and we had a great time. Location with attention to detail, Clean and welcoming. Excellent food from appetizers to dessert. Superb pizza. Highly recommended even for people intolerant to gluten and lactose. Excellent quality and price ratio. We will be back
