With a medieval flavour, this place is immersed in the context of the Colloredo di Montalbano castle as it represents the old stables. It offers good dishes of some Friulian recipes. The menu is not extensive, but there is still a good choice to taste the products of this land. It also offers pizza, not half-day, with classic recipes but also some gourmet options. Friulian wines, of various kinds, always good. The sober decor is the ancient structure with 2 rooms on 2 levels, offering a nice atmosphere. The service is inn-type, a little confusing... but it makes you smile as the staff manages to resolve everything quickly and on multiple tables at the same time. One piece of advice I can give is to complete your meal with homemade desserts... which are very good in their simplicity. The prices are not bad. Parking on site or on the street near the castle.

Splendid place, very good and light pizza, excellent desserts too. Good variety of beers too. The staff is young and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Came here 3 or 4 times while on our trip visiting from Chicago. Every meal at Scuderie was hands down the best restaurant food. Desserts too. Amazing quality. Best pizza ever! Better than Naples!

It deserves 5 stars just for the location... positioned next to the castle of Colloredo di Monte Albano, the 'Alle antica scuderie' pizzeria offers some of the best pizzas in Friuli and beyond. Warm and familiar environment, impeccable staff. It's always a pleasure to eat at Silvia's.
