Honestly, this is my most favorite spot in Florence. The florentine steak is amazing here the roasted potatoes and also the zucchini flowers. The staff gave us such an impeccable dining experience. They were so kind they helped us with everything. They explained the menu and were just really heartwarming in general. The atmosphere is really nice. No one really talks too loudly so it’s not too loud and we arrived around 7:30 and there wasn’t any people around 8:30 to 9 more people had gathered.

Outstanding steakhouse experience! The Florentine steak was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and incredibly tender. The side dishes were great too, especially the long beans!

Fantastic experience. The 1.4kg Florentine steak was incredible and exceeded our expectations. Great sides (beans and potatoes) and a delicious crème brûlée to finish. Special thanks to the young dark-haired waitress for her attentive and professional service and nice smile on top of that. Excellent value at €135 for three people. Highly recommended!

I won’t deny that the food was excellent, but the service was so bad at the start that it ruined the start of the evening. After a while, when the restaurant started clearing out, it got better but overall the servers clearly treated Italian customers differently than tourists and were rushed to cater other tables.

A "negative" note, even though you never get old at the table. They could improve and reduce the waiting time between courses. The staff is very kind, as is the owner.
